I think about all of you quite literally every day. It's still my happy safe place. LOL So my son left to do his summer internship with Yellowstone National Park. He finished his SAR certs (search and rescue for wilderness) and is doing great. Mom... mom on the other hand snapped, went back to school and is now in medical school doing what she wanted to do for the past 20 years. I lost it and apparently am now speaking of myself in third person. LOL I also took a position with a company that kind of came out of left field, but means a great deal to me so I accepted. Everything has been somewhat hectic, but I still put the DVR in super recording mode for Hallmark's Chrsitmas in July line up. It made me miss all of you that much more. I hope everyone is well and blessed and your families are doing well too

Not much going on here today. Just working & then ??? We had a fog advisory this morning! I didn't see any fog, it's bright & sunny, but the spider webs in our shrubs & on the grass look like they do in the fall! Even my hubby noticed that! It's been a crazy weather year! We have a cricket in our garage too, making a lot of noise! Haven't heard too many locusts yet, but there are a few.

Lol!!! Edge you are only like 2 hours away from me! I think we really only differ in that we get "Lake Effect" (snow..aka..blizzards and rain) but I think August is always hotter here and more humid.

Hello everyone. The really hot weather is about to set in this week here in Ohio. That means I will not be going outside much at all. Thank goodness for the new A/C.

Lol well there have been times recently where you had like 95 degrees and here it was in the low 80s. Sometimes short distances make difference. I'm hoping that August isn't hotter this year than July has been!

It probably will be with our luck. I am seriously thinking of a pool. The lake is like swimming in a pool of Hepatitis...lol
