Lol!! I often try to think of how people managed to survive without text messaging!! Its insane, everybody and there brother sends me txts and I average around 300 responses a day. Its no wonder I have these strange aches in my thumb joints.
I think texting has been one of the best and worst inventions. The Good: It's so convenient you can contact anyone at any time anywhere when calling may be difficult or impossible. The Bad: People use it constantly and don't know how to communicate like human beings anymore.

Only 300? I think I exchange more than that with Snowflake in a day!! LOL!!

My problem is, I can not type fast at all on my phone. I hate talking on the phone though, so I'd much rather text.

We are in the final preparation stretch for our CIJ party that we are having today. Scrooge is on tv, Christmas music on the radio upstairs and Christmas dinner is in the oven. This is such a fun day, and I love that it's become a yearly tradition for us.

Merry Christmas-In-July everyone. :)

Hope you guys have a wonderful time!!!!

:D

Texting is convenient!
And great for quick responses, when you don't have time for a long conversations.

But I still love to chat, too =]

Well, hello my merry friends!!! When last we spoke, I was contemplating building an ark as we were marooned due to flooding. It was great fun (cue sarcasm here!) Before I go any further, I'd like to apologise for dropping the ball on our E-card exchange. Life got in the way but that's no excuse. Please consider forgiving me sometime before next year. Been re-listening to last year's Santa launch; what an amazing tracking event; well done those elves!!!!!! In the middle of wedding season right now so pretty much every weekend until October is spent marrying couples. They're beginning to turn into one big wedding with only the names changing but I treat each one as if I've never done one before and they are the most important people in the world ever, which on their wedding day, they should be!!!! The dogs are older, stiffer and greyer but still as loud and in your face as ever. Jacob is now 11 and sporting lovely silver whiskers. Cracker is 12 and is developing little old man tendencies!!!! Bruce is living the dream, working for the mouse in Shanghai. Will be there until next June but has already decided to stay on. The weather there is brutal - yesterday was 109* with 91% humidity. Good luck with that!!! Hope you are all doing great and everyone's well. Enjoy CIJ - I bought a Mr Christmas NOEL which lights up (courtesy of our friends at QVC) Can't wait to start using it!!! Take care one and all -reindeer-

I hope you are all doing well and that life is treating you kindly! Not sure who I still know in here, or who remembers me? I have not chatted in here in over 2 years. I have been thinking so much about Christmas and saw a post on Facebook about the card exchange ---- 5 months till Christmas Eve.. oh I am in planning mode :)
