Good Morning, Singular Christmas Comrades.
(Notice the choice of the word "Singular". There's a reason. Stay tuned.)
Today's figures:
Days to the Season: 109
Days to Christmas Day: 151
Now, as to "Singular", as in Single. As in SINGLE DIGITS!
That's right. We are now down to NINE DAYS to the the 100-day Season Milestone Marker and the threshold of a DOUBLE DIGIT count to the Season!
(Holy Cow --- er, Reindeer!!)
Once again we stayed in our damp, sultry, oppressive weather rut yesterday, broken only by THREE separate severe weather warnings last night that fortunately only brought a little rain and some distant lightning.
Today will hopefully be calmer but I'm afraid no cooler/less humid.
We have begun here already at 81 drippy degrees this morning.
Have a Wonderful Wednesday, Folks.
And an entertaining visit to the Shispering Pines this evening, where Carl promises to beat the heat with come "cool" entertainment.
(Interpret that as you will!)
