Holiday, they turned into Yuppie food and trendy. Leftovers go good if you make nachos.
I have a friend that had us over to try out a new brisket recipe he found. I didnt realize he had never done one before, a plate of rubber bands would have been easier to gnaw on than his brisket..lol.

Cant wait!! Its so humid here atm its like a rainforest. Although its only high 70's it feels like 90°.

And then 3-4 weeks from Halloween after that, then 3-4 till Thanksgiving, and 3-4 till Christmas...kinda makes you realize why September 1 really is such a big date for everyone here. It all begins.
