OMGoodness thank you soooo much!!!! It feels so much better to have all that explained to me. Now I feel like I'm in the loop. All of this time trying to figure it out on my own and getting no where....LOL Silly me.
LOL - you are very welcome! See you tonight at the Pines! :D

Good Afternoon, MMC!
Hope your Pines day is going well!

Have a good afternoon snowflake! Such a sweet/cozy puppy picture. And it feels cold enough in here to snow! HA!

That is one of the names on the list!! Guy Herbert, Patrick Roy, J-S Giguire, Keith Tkachuk amongst others. We have some common ones too like Wayne Gretzky, Gordie Howe, etc. It's going to be fun.

What a fun idea!!! :D

It does creak and groan along, but, in fairness it is one of their work - out - the - kinks - on - the - stage - then - film - it productions. Their better work kicks in when studio writers create original material for their movies.
"Cocoanuts" still fascinates me as (1) a movie adaptation of their stage musical (and I saw a production of the stage version at Arena Stage in D.C. in the 1980s---the film doesn't use most of the musical numbers!) and as (2) a "dawn of sound" musical, when filming a musical was still in its experimental stages. Compared with other 1929 musicals, it has moments of surprising sophistication! For more zip and purer comedy, as you say, the written-for-film movies take the edge.

I don;t know if any of you have been to either Disneyland or Walt Disney World during the Christmas Season, but I thought you might like a couple of pictures... one is from Disneyland's It's a Small World and the other from WDW Studios Osborne Spectacle of Lights. Enjoy! View attachment 27518 View attachment 27519
Amazing! So pretty!

Got to visit him this afternoon and gonna go back tomorrow. Do not believe the innocent look you see in those pics...put him down and he does not stop lol. But he's fun and the guy told us we can still look at other dogs but that he can tell we've already bonded with Rollins. They said Thursday-Saturday they should have another update to see if he's ok to come home.
He is so darn cute! Those eyes do look pretty innocent! Just sayin... :D :p

Good evening everyone. We just returned home from the Browns scrimmage in Columbus. It was a lot of fun. Outside of the stadium they had a lot thing going on. We got to take a picture with their big bulldog mascot, Swagger. They had "bouncy" slides, and playhouses for kids, face painting, former Browns players and a lot more.
We sat in the front row next to the field close to the end zone. We took lots of pictures and some of the players who were injured slightly, were exercising right in front of us which was cool. The scrimmage was fun to watch. Then, when the scrimmage was finished, most of the players went around signing autographs. This was the first year I was able to get any autographs (it can be ruthless) but where I was standing was perfect and I was able to get about 15 players to sign an old Browns hat!
The great thing is, the whole thing was FREE!!! All of the entertainment, before the scrimmage, everything. Well, except food, the food and drinks were normal stadium priced food.
The weather was great. It was hot, but a decent breeze now and then.
I hope everyone had a great Saturday!

Note: Preseason NFL starts tomorrow night with the Hall of Fame Game: Green Bay vs. Indianapolis!!! I love football season!!
Sounds like a FUN day! I'm just happy to know someone else will be struggling through another year of Browns football with me! Ha ha!!!

Thank you! Happy Friday beautiful ❤️
Thomas is working all weekend (he will be back on Monday)
So it's just me and my kids. No special plans until Sunday
Just chill... Watch some movies, and have a great time.
My mother has Birthday on Sunday so we are looking forward
to her Birthday party ❤️
What about you? Any special plans?
Sounds like a nice and relaxing weekend!

Have fun with that!

We did a small-scale Thanksgiving a couple Sundays ago, and it was wonderful. Just threw it together with a heat-'em-up tray of turkey and gravy, instant mashed potatoes, Stove Top stuffing, and Bisquick biscuits, but it was a little taste of November.
That sounds so good!
