Christmas Countdown - 2016

It's the first day of PT. Gonna stretch it till it hurts then stretch it some more.

Good Monday Morning to ya MMC!
I trust everyone had a great weekend. It was a hot one here from Monday til yesterday and today it's supposed to reach somewhere around 90. There's a fickle rumor going around that Thursdays the temps are supposed to be in the low 80's with a bit of rain that will pave the way for temps to stay in the low 80's for the weekend.

I took off on this past Friday to get somethings done to free up my already busy Saturday. So everything got done and it feels good. Now we find ourselves right back at Monday already looking forward to the long weekend ahead of us.

Today was London's first day of college! And she's got her first real job interview at the mall for Victoria's Secret. She didn't apply for a job there but apparently they are owned by the same company that owns Bath & Body where she did apply and that's where they got her information. She's excited about the call back and the prospect of gaining experience and most importantly having her own money!!! I'm excited for all of the above and for the discounts I can rack up! Hey a momma has got to consider that the holidays are approaching and I could save serious cash for gifts for friends and family. LOL

Good Monday Morning to ya MMC!

Morning guys

Just finished having morning coffee/tea with mum. This is always the hardest bit. Starting off as any other day and then remembering she leaves shortly.
She has two flights ahead and a long transit. We'll be setting off for airport soon. catch you all later. Eeek trying not to get emotional.

I didn't get enough sleep this weekend (Rollins somehow thought waking up at 5AM on Saturday was acceptable and wanted to play/go outside/eat). Other than the lack of sleep it was good. Welcome to Monday Holiday!

Thank you, the appointment went a bit better than expected, actually! And although the Sox lost the game (heck, we were down by 5 runs in the top of the 1st inning! ), spending the evening at Fenway was fun ... it's a great ballpark.

Glad to hear the apt was good! Sorry the sox lost, but glad you had a good time!!

Another Monday ... Happy New Week, everyone!
I'm looking forward to the 3-day Labor Day weekend. If I'm lucky, Friday will be a short day.

Even before I had my first cup of coffee, I've been wrangling with consulting engineer. If we weren't so close to the 'Bers, making me so happy, I'd give 'em what-for. Riiiight. LOL

It was a hot weekend, but I finished most of my stressful work. A large limb broke and feel from one of our pecan trees yesterday, but my new chainsaw made light work of it. It's nice when you have the right tool for the job!

I'm going to head out after they leave and run a few errands. Back home afterward to work on some chores around the house. Ours was pretty nice-however our outdoor plans were canceled due to rain and storms, so I did some things around the house instead. Fun stuff like laundry & cleaning! Ha! Started pulling the fall décor out. Will keep working on that, and Halloween will follow as time allows =]
Very nice! It's so cute & cozy!!
I dvr'd a day of it on Hallmark last season, and kept it. I watch it from time to time!
