Another batch of apple brownies, Snowflake's apple cider bread, and apple raisin muffins baked and cooling. I'm running out of baking supplies now though. So I think that's it for today.

Whew. Thankfully, those crazy 50+ km/h winds died down to about 25km/h gusts, so I was able to go for a run after I arrived home from teaching. It was actually a comfortable run!

Seek them and ye shall find.
They are just ahead. Not so far down the road, now.

Days to Halloween: 18 (Just over 2 1/2 weeks!)
Days to the Season: 31 (ONE MONTH FROM TODAY!!)
Days to Christmas Day: 73 (UNDER 10 1/2 weeks to go!)
(Starting to close in on the beginning of a string of wonderful days that stretch from Halloween to New Year's Day!)


It was quite chilly again to start the day yesterday but warmed up to about 70 by the afternoon with plenty of sun and no precipitation of any kind. All in all, pretty nice for this time of the year. A warming trend is predicted for the next few days.
This morning has commenced clear at 53 degrees.

Good Thursday Morning MMC! Lots of fog out there this morning. It's damp too but at least it's not cold. Looks like a coolish weekend ahead and then a mild week next week. I'll take it. Not in a rush to get into any frigid weather for another month or so hopefully. Can anyone else believe that 6 weeks from today is Thanksgiving? I can't. I remember it being Thanksgiving like yesterday.
I hope everyone enjoys their Thursday aka Friday Eve!!!

That is a CRAZY number Edge-WOW. It's just starting to get chilly here so that probably is why it doesn't feel like that. The foliage is behind schedule too. That's okay-it's going to be a great season!
