I worked till dark again yesterday, then watched some more Netflix with Nancy last night. This morning I've been running errands. I'm ready to get back to my regular job LOL.
I think everyone I know in this area finally has their power restored from the hurricane last Friday. I haven't heard from folks in Savannah, but that was where most of the restoration efforts were focused, so I assume they are close, too. You don't how much you depend on technology until you don't have it!

Another batch of apple brownies, Snowflake's apple cider bread, and apple raisin muffins baked and cooling. I'm running out of baking supplies now though. So I think that's it for today.

Good afternoon, everyone!
It's a windy day in Ottawa. Winds are gusting to about 60km/h! That's fast! I am only teaching for the afternoon today. I was able to wake up and drive Kim to work, as it was raining pretty hard outside, and then take a nice hour and half nap this morning. I really needed it. Of course, I would rather have worked the full day, but at least I will have had work every day this week.
To say that I have been busy would be an understatement. On Tuesday I once again coached the Girls soccer team. They didn't win, but came so close and had great efforts. Yesterday, I coached the Boys soccer team. We came really close to upsetting a team in our first game, and then lost our only playoff game, which was too bad. The boys fought hard, too. They were easy to coach and very sportsmanlike. I couldn't ask for anything better.
It's Friday Eve already. My apologies for not yet pulling my weight in the Christmas Blossoms thread. I haven't been able to get out at all in nearly two weeks. I might be able to find a few things tonight, however. This weekend is also looking pretty tight... Kim and I have a wedding to attend on Saturday. We then have our engagement photos on Sunday afternoon, and the Packers game is immediately after. Busy. Busy. Busy! ...Hopefully it will slow down shortly. I really want to enjoy and have time to see this Christmas Season Blossom!

I keep intending to watch something each night this week but haven't. Scream Queens was on last night so I watched that.
