Days to Halloween: 17 (Now UNDER 2 1/2 weeks!)
Days to the Season: 30 (LESS THAN ONE MONTH TO GO!!)
Days to Christmas Day: 72 (Barely over 10 weeks remain!)

And yes, you read that middle line right. We are now INSIDE ONE MONTH to Christmas Season 2016 and all its glory!!


Beautiful day here yesterday with no rain, lots of sun and temeratures in the upper 60's to low 70's.
(Would that it could stay this way for a while but around here, moderate weather does not last long. Normally our transition from Summer to Winter is fairly quick.)
It is currently 57 degrees here under clear skies with no wind.

It's been a week since the storm, and the limbs are still down in our yard. I don't even know if I'll have time to clean up tomorrow, either. The neighbors are going to KILL me!

and please pray for LittleCS, she has a bugling disk in her back and is in extreme pain. Doctors undecided as to what to do. They have her on drugs and she will be going to phsyio

Good morning my Christmas friends! Merry Friday!!! :jump-santa dance--mistletoe-
It's a beautiful chilly morning. We didn't hit the expected low of 38 overnight ~ lowest I saw was 44º! I'm ok with that. Wasn't ready for frost ~ especially since the 15 day forecast looks so nice! I didn't want my flowers to freeze prematurely! ;)

I hope everyone's Friday is off to a GREAT start!!!

Take care of yourself while you're undergoing all that physical stress. Would Aleve or Advil help? Sometimes if you take a dose before the pain really gets started, it helps to keep the pain down. Will be thinking of you throughout the turkey-stocking season.

Of course not ... here on MMC, I'd say most of us listen to at least some Christmas music throughout the year! And right after Halloween, I for one listen to 100% Christmas music.

Comedies, musicals, and B-mysteries and westerns from the 1930s onward are a staple in our house. Heck, we met at a vintage movie convention!

Good Friday Morning MMC! TGIF! I'm glad it's Friday but then again I'm usually glad when it's Friday...a little extra glad being off Monday for a 3 day weekend! Looks like it's going to be gorgeous this weekend. Perfect October weather with temps in the low-mid 60s for highs with lots of sunshine. Next week looks warmer with temps in the 70s on several days! I'll take it. I've noticed Rollins now let's me do my thing more and knows I'm going to come back to him to play/feed him etc...maybe that's part of the trust he has now in me? Not sure but he still follows me around a lot...which is fine with me but he also seems to know that I'm not gonna run away forever and leave him so he'll wait for me while I'm doing stuff that I have to do.
