Good Thursday Morning MMC! Happy Friday Eve! Looks like the real warm weather is gone but still not bad today either even though it's 15 degrees cooler. More of a chill is going to hit us Friday night through the weekend and right through next week. Real Autumn weather is on it's way very soon. Bring it on I say...not that I have a choice :). Just got a bunch to do at work today and then going to hang out with Rollins after. He woke me up a few times last night. Lately he had been sleeping mostly through the night or at least not waking me up lol. He wanted to play at 1AM. Luckily I went to bed earlier last night so I still got a good amount of sleep.

Hey. The Holidays are really starting to close in!
As proof, we present today's data:
Days to Halloween: 11 (SINGLE DIGITS from the day after tomorrow!)
Days to the Season: 24 (Now UNDER 3 1/2 weeks!)
Days to Christmas Day: 66 (Just two two months plus five days!)
Can't you just feel the excitement building?
(And check out some great recent additions to the Blossoms thread to help out in that regard!)


Another warm (nearly hot) one here yesterday, but downright chilly weather is just around the corner. By Saturday night, we could possibly be seeing readings in the upper 30's!
(Straight from Summer-like to Winter-like conditions. We usually have a rather short Fall here.)
Currently, we perceive 65 degrees on our back door thermometer.

Good morning my Christmas friends! Merry Friday Eve!!!! What a rainy/stormy night. It poured & poured - never let up! It stormed & stormed around 2am. Gracie slept in the basement under her table. LOL! We have a bit of a break right now (only sprinkling) but more rain is predicted this afternoon...and a high of 58º! Hello Fall!

Hope your Thursday is off to a good start!!

Good morning snowflake. Hope you have another beautiful fall day today!! It's dark as night here right now...

That was a typo (by me) the groomers new puppy's name is Emmy, not Emmu. OOPS! And she's just adorable. Gracie didn't make much of her at 1st, she was just so excited to be there & see her peeps. Kelly actually took Gracie inside so I could hold Emmy outside - little jealousy going on. LOL!

Jim always says farming isn't "work" to him. LOL He LOVES it! I believe his vacation week is going way too fast - as it always does!

A busy day around the homestead today. I did the dishes, made a run to Goodwill to drop off a donation, and look around, mowed the front yard but the lawn mower broke down. I was able to finish by using our old mower. I have to pick up the part at Lowes, so I can finish the back yard. Did laundry, took the kids to the book fair. I am beat tonight. My wife just finished watching the debate, I had enough of it, I think I am suffering from election fatigue at this point. I just want to laugh so I went to the bedroom and watched Impractical Jokers.
Back to work in the morning.
