Tomorrow we are going up to the shore to see Mikes grandparents for Thanksgiving. We were going to leave tonight after I got home from work, but Mike didn't get out early. He won't get done work til 11 so that means he wouldn't be home til midnight. Hope everyone had a great day

Happy Black Friday!!!! Happy Thanksgiving!!!! Hope you enjoyed the past four days as much as I did. It has been absolutely glorious. I got to cook, play outside, do some woodwork, hunt, and be Daddy for the past four days. Just amazing time.
Looking forward to the next two days. Bambina has really bought into the Christmas cartoons and we watched Frosty tonight...she has asked for him 10 times since it went off. Little does she know, I bought her the classic on DVD about a week ago...Frosty, Rudolph, and Santa Claus are waiting for us tomorrow.

Hello MMC world! Hope you are all having a fantastic Thanksgiving weekend! I am at moms tonight – she was just up few minutes ago coughing and coughing! Darnit! She seems to have settled down now.
Had a wonderful Thanksgiving yesterday – first with Jim's family for lunch and then my family at our house for supper. Was a whirlwind! Delicious food though! Good company to!
Went shopping this morning with my friend and her daughter and future daughter-in-law, and my niece. We had a lot of fun. Got home and I finished doing dishes and cleaning up the kitchen from the party yesterday so the house is all back in order. Then I drug both trees out of the attic – got the big one started, the first two rows of branches are on. Lots of work to do yet! Time is just flying!
Tonight our high school football team won, so they are heading to state next weekend! Exciting times!

i am excited for this Christmas and keep counting these days because Christmas will be the most special day like others because i will spend time with my family and friends and enjoying alot and wearing different super hero costume and sending special gift to my friends and relatives

I like how nice and quiet it is so early in the morning.
Early start to the day with baking to do and a gingerbread windmill to work on. Sourdough bread is baking right now and looks like it did well this time. Baked the windmill blades in one piece and hoping it is not to heavy to stay on.
When the store is open I have to go and get the candy for the gingerbread windmill.
Well, back to work !

CGYager, what was the word at the clinic? Hope your work night went well and that any medication given will help quickly improve your symptoms. My boss had bronchitis a few weeks ago but he took forever to go to a clinic and it took a long time for him to completely recover. It's nice to only work two nights and then be off again. Have a good Saturday.

Good Saturday morning! Busy day at the store yesterday but manageable. We completed our final purchases and preps for our work Christmas party tomorrow night. I have to edit the music playlist for the party today. But most importantly, we will be putting up our tree!!! Right now I'm charging my portable speakers to have some Christmas music to listen to as we decorate. Hope you will all enjoy a fantastic weekend!

Happy Thanksgiving Weekend! Hope you all are doing good. It's amazing yet glorious that we are in our favorite time of year. I got a lot of Christmas shopping done yesterday. Black Friday is kind of a myth now. More people order online. I've done both. I have more to do today. It's only Saturday which is nice we still have the weekend to enjoy. Thanksgiving leftovers tonight which Rollins is looking forward to.

But our one, lone count number goes on:
Days to Christmas Day: 29 (Now UNDER ONE MONTH to go!!)
(Wow. Below the 1 month mark, with Christmas Eve just 4 weeks from today. My! My! My!)
Truly good weather continued yesterday and we had a nice sunny and warm Black Friday.
(I guess if you have to be out with the mob, it's best to at least be out there in good weather!)
Today should be cooler and we have commenced it at 52 degrees here in the capital city.
