TGIF MMC! Made it to another Friday already. Not so bad huh? Looking forward to the weekend even though I am taking my tree down. Looks like we will have a normal weekend with temps instead of above normal like it's been the last couple of weeks. We may get a little bit of snow next week as February enters. Hope everyone has a great Friday!

Good Morning, Hilariously Hysteric Holiday Humans Hoping Hard for High Happiness.

And nothing could make us more Hilariously Happy that the latest exciting news from the Countdown chart!
But first a word from the Data Department.

Days to the Season: 290
Days to Christmas Day: 332

Now, for the Hilariously Happy news:
As of today, we are down to just 16 days until 2017 Milestone marker number two arrives on February 12, the ONE QUARTER point to the season!
(Don't know about you, but I can barely stand this much hilarity.)


Well, our final warm day passed without incident yesterday and this morning has dawned chilly at 37 degrees. It will only get colder from here and we are facing lows in the 20's shortly. Not uncommon for January here, but it comes as a bit of a system shock after such a long unseasonably warm period.
(The weather service is even talking snow flurries.)

Not much to report this morning! The home health nurse was at moms yesterday. She was impressed with moms improvements! She told Emma the last time she had seen mom, she didn't think she would ever recover, so she was happy to see how far mom has come! Every day we hold our breath & pray things keep going smooth...xx

Morning Edge. Made it here too, but I still have two more night shifts to go and then nine days off. That is when my house will return to the post-Christmas look (well most of it anyway). Got to get the place ready for Superbowl Sunday, when I will do my best to accomplish absolutely... nothing!

Thanks for the continued updates Crown. our snow day came and dumped around 8" here in Sioux Falls. But after digging out twice, everything is cleared and they say the 30's are due back on Sunday and Monday, so hopefully that will dry things out a bit. Less than two months of winter remain... hang in there.

I made green beans, potatoes, and ham in mine tonight and it came out pretty good.

I saw the spaghetti one and thought about trying it. Then when I used it tonight, I saw how long it takes to build pressure and then depressurize. I could just make the spaghetti quicker. Mine does have a delay function though. So for days I'm going to be gone, I might throw it in and just have it finishing about the time I'm getting home.

That sounds yummy!!

I didn't realize the time it takes to build pressure, etc either until I dug in the 1st time & used it. Mine has the delay function also. Might have to try that out sometime!

TGIF, Christmas friends!

It's finally cooler this morning, as evidenced by a thick coat of frost on my windshield. I like it!

Not much happening today. I plan to have lunch with mom & my brother. Later tonight I plan to go to that auction with him. Maybe his luck will rub off on me, and I'll find an awesome deal, too!
