Christmas Countdown - 2017

Good evening,

Just finished watching the Bruins lose another heartbreaker in overtime in game 3 of the first round of the playoffs. I hate sports when my team losses, but they still have to lose 2 more before elimination. Winding down watching Impractical Jokers, with kitten Quinn cuddled into me. The wife is watching DWTS in the other room.
I had to have my department walked off by a big wig today, quite unnerving, but we did well so no complaints.
I hope you all are doing well as we slide down the last half of April.

Happy Tuesday MMC! Hope everyone is enjoying their spring so far. It was beautiful out yesterday and today should be the same. But then it looks like a cooler/cloudy stretch for a few days. They cranked up the a/c at work yesterday and I was freezing. Had to bring a sweatshirt. Not sure why but this place loves to run the A/C. They will run it from Easter till Thanksgiving lol. Just day 2 of the work week and hope it goes as well as Monday did. Have a great one!

Merry Tuesday!
It's going to be mostly sunny with a high of 60 degrees. I'm going to run to Target today to pick up a few things. I'll have to check out the Easter candy clearance as well. My youngest loved the strawberry Peeps this year, I hope they still have them. Not too much else going on here, I'll just be working on my daily chores. Dinner will be fried chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy and broccoli with garlic & olive oil. That's about it for me. I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!!!

Good morning MMC! Merry Tuesday. It's another beautiful day!! Would have been a great morning for a long walk! Work, work, work! We are supposed to hit 73º with nothing but sunshine. Bring it on!

Merry Monday!! Back to work...we had a nice Easter and so many leftovers but that is ok..the weather is beautiful out but I think we are going to get some rain this week and it going to cool down otherwise should be a quiet week. My oldest daughter joined the golf team and has her first match on Wednesday so that will be exciting! Not that golf is ever too exciting..lol but it is brand new for her so that is the exciting part! Have a great day!

Morning SnowflakeMom. I use to play the game in High School myself. It was the only sport (at the time) that you did not have to basically shave your head to play... lol. As far as exciting... the only time I usually watch it is on the last day of the Masters. If anything really weird or exciting is going to happen in the world of Golf, it more than likely will be on that day.
Enjoy the week, we are getting our rain to day and tomorrow...

It's supposed to cool off here too!! Love of 41 Friday night & a high of 54 on Saturday with 25 MPH wind. Brrrr!! That's a shock after these nice days! Have a good day!

Today's showers will keep me from the yard, so I'll get some inside chores done before I have to call it a day and get a few hours of shut eye before I begin another week. Howdy Edge. So far so good for the week. Back to the job tonight, but this week will be just four days (Tuesday - Friday) and then off to help out at the zoo. Raining here today, but hey, who doesn't love a gentle rain shower? Enjoy your Tuesday...

Happy Tuesday HMG. Highs here will also be in the 60's, but with a little of the wet stuff gracing the ground. Should make for some nice sleeping weather this afternoon. My better half said she will be making a ground beef casserole for dinner tonight, so I went out yesterday and got the supplies. Not much else new. Have a memorable day...
