Exhausted today. Stayed up watching the election coverage but only lasted till 230. Woke to the news of a hung parliament!! Britain just can't seem to catch a break since the last 12 months!! Whatever next!!
No confirmation about moving next Friday which is just emotionally exhausting at this point! So many arrangements need to be into place but can't until we know for sure. Okay rant over

Oh Happy Days!!!! It's Friday and the count downs are both now in the 100s ... 
Kids had fun at the baseball game night but we left before it was over as it went into extra innings and the kid have school today. Planning on working in the garage later this evening to make things neater and more organized. Hopefully we can get the bench table cleared off so we can start working on some small projects over the summer including a few Christmas Gifts. Goal is to get a much done as possible tonight while the temps are still comfortable ... Unfortunately we have a heat wave coming .. YUCK!

Well the heat is moving in. Today is not bad, only up to about 80. BUT THEN... 86 tomorrow and then 90 all the way through next week! High humidity as well so it will feel like the mid to upper 90s!
I know the heat has to happen, but I am not a fan.
It looks like we may head to the public pool tomorrow. Henry really wants to go, so we set up a plan for him to earn trips to the pool. He earns trips by reading. So, he is doing the library reading program which requires him to read 20 minutes a day. So we figured we would round that to 1 hour a week. We said that he could earn a trip to the pool by reading for an extra 2 hours worth of time. So, if reads for 40 minutes in a day, 20 count for the library and 20 counts for the pool. So, what does Henry do? Yesterday he reads for his 20 minutes and then reads for another hour on top of that. This morning, he read for his 20 minutes and then said he wanted to get to keep reading. An hour later he was done. Soooo, in two days the kid has already reached the extra two hours. Now it might be assumed that he was only reading for the pool, and it may have started that way. But then he really started getting interested in the short books and comic books he was reading. So overall it is a win. So to the pool we will go tomorrow!

Their last day is Wed (14th) they have half days next week and yeah mine have been counting down too LOL Although I think I have been counting down the days more then they have ... I get the summer off from having to wake them up and make school lunches everyday LOL

I hear ya...I am so done with lunches as well and my youngest daughter is not a morning person to begin with so she has been grumpier than usual getting up...she needs a break..lol

It's almost 3 hour from here, and she'll be there all weekend. We've been fretting her being gone for a while, and she was practically pushing us out the door when she was settled into her dorm room LOL. We go back to get her on Sunday.
