Good Evening MMC !
It has been a lovey weekend here, almost feeling like spring ! But we know it is just a teaser, way to early for that. But hopefully in another 4 weeks it really will be the start of warmer weather.
Just relaxing and watching tv with my son. but now I am going to read because I have several books calling me.

Good evening all.
It has been a pretty relaxing day. Some grading, some tv watching, a little laundry, some lesson planning, but overall just a sit on the couch and do nothing kind of day.
Still not feeling great. Actually a little worse this evening. I am planning on going to school tomorrow, I hate to try to get a sub for a Monday. I really don't want to miss any days this week since I will be out Friday. So far no fever, just not feeling 100%.
Well, it is about time to tell Henry to go get a shower and get ready for bed. Everyone have a great night! And to all those who are feeling under the weather, I hope we all start to feel better soon!

Morning Murphman. I have mine stacked in the garage and this Spring it will be time to thin it out a bit. Also have some beer in the fridge... of course in my case it is Root Beer.

Morning MMC. Happy Superbowl Week! Hard to believe we transition this week from January to February isn't it? But we have 3 days left to enjoy of this 1st month of the year. My busiest week of the month is this week but my co-worker returns so I'm happy about that. And staying busy just makes the work day move along. And I'm off next Monday! 1st 3 day weekend since New Years. Looking forward a long Superbowl Weekend. Oh and I still saw this house lit this morning with Christmas lights. Hanging on to it right into the end of January! Happy Monday Everyone!

It's a new week.
And just a partial one, before January draws to a close and the short month of February begins.
I know there is still lots more winter ahead, but I just can't help feeling a little more optimistic once January is behind us.
But, there is more reason for optimism!
Just look at this:
Days to the Season: 288
Days to Christmas Day: 330
And most optimistically of all, we now find ourselves just 14 days short of 2018 Milestone marker number two, the ONE-QUARTER point to the Season.
TWO WEEKS from this very day!
Well, I believe it rained every moment of the day yesterday. I don't recall a single break in the action.
Today has started out rainy and dreary too, at 50 degrees and we are in for a chilly few days before warmer weather returns for Thursday.
But have a Marvelous Monday Everybody, whatever your weather!

Good Monday morning, Christmas friends!
It was a long, wet weekend, but at least it was long, eh? Our niece threw a birthday party for her son Saturday. It was a Nerf War theme, and all the kids brought their Nerf guns. She provided a thousand Nerf darts, and we set them up a "paint gun-style" obstacle course in a warehouse here in Bellville. Those kids had a blast! Ok, I did, too.
I'll be out of the office for a meeting in SC tomorrow.
I hope y'all have a great day!

Greeting Edge. I also have a 3-day weekend this time around, but I will spend it on other things besides the ending of another NFL season. The match-up this year just doesn't do anything for me. In fact this year I've signed up for a Souper Bowl Sunday at my church, so while a large portion of the population is in front of the tube, I'll be busy elsewhere. But for all those fans... enjoy.
Luckily they always have just the Super Bowl Commercials on the NFL network the following week, so I'll see if any of those pan out.
