Good Morning Everybody, and Happy Valentine's Day!
It's mid-week again. (And by now, all regulars to this thread know what that means!)
But mid week or not, another day means another new count data release.
Here is today's:
Days to the Season: 272
Days to Christmas Day: 314
And each new day also means we are one step close to our next Milestone marker, that one being the 300-Day Christmas Day Window.
How far off are we? Well, I don't think 2 weeks is very far away, do you?
That's how close we are. Just FOURTEEN days. (Getting darned close to Single Digits, in fact!)
Yesterday was our one chilly day, as predicted by the National Weather Service.
We only reached 45 for the high, and it was cloudy and just dreary in general.
Today will see a BIG turn-around and we are supposed to get to 64 today, with 77 promised for tomorrow and 79 for Friday.
Wow!
Right now, we are starting off still chilly at 41 degrees, here in the capital city.
Well Folks, Carl will be ready at the Shispering Pines' front double doors as usual this evening with a platter of piping hot fired twinkes and a full pitcher of sweet, southern iced tea.
The entertainment? Well, that's always a mystery until it starts. To observe, you must attend.
Will we see you there this evening? I hope so.
Until then, have a Wonderful Wednesday and a Vivacious Valentine's Day, Folks!
