Happy half priced chocolate day, MMC!!! I was good at Walmart and didn’t pick any up. Mainly because I’ve still got several bags left from after Halloween. Lol! Not much going on here. Just trying to stay dry and awake on this rainy dreary day. I hope everyone is having a great day!!!

I checked our forecast after a few mentioned snow over the weekend. As of this morning it said snow for Saturday. As of this afternoon it says a mix of rain & snow. No amounts, just says flurries or snow showers. Bring on the Nor'easter!!!
Believe it or not, this is the FIRST weekend that all 6 couples can make it!!! Crazy how busy everyone is!! Last year we had the party on Jan. 28th b/c of everyone's schedules.
I'm excited b/c I bought them all one of these wine glasses (and I bought myself one too) ... and I'll have some Reindeer Red wine chilling!
The ice in our parking lot at work is finally gone. That was treacherous! It's very gray here today! I could nap now!

LOL! You are braver than I! Once it started raining harder, it felt colder. I even put on my winter coat at lunch! Yep, wimpy!

Good afternoon MMC ~
I didn’t get a chance to pop in this morning, I woke up with a migraine. Thankfully it passed. Rocky also had an early veterinarian appointment. All is well and he gained more weight, he’s up to 3.3 pounds! The poor thing got a couple of shots and was exhausted by the time we got home. He fell asleep so I decided to run to Walmart to pick up a few things. I’m just having a quick cup of coffee before I start working on some chores around the house and start dinner. I’m making meatball Parmesan heroes and a big tossed salad. I hope everyone is having a nice day so far!!!

It’s a late night for me, that’s for sure. I’m usually a bed sticker this time at night. The problem is that I took a nap between 7-9 and it’s got my schedule all thrown off the tracks! I’m going to be feeling it tomorrow morning, that’s for sure.

Morning MMC. Happy TGIF! Whoever has Monday off I guess you have a 3 day weekend huh? We are forecast to have 3-6 inches of snow Saturday night. We'll see if it really happens after being 60 degrees yesterday. Either way it will melt fast with mild weather all week next week. Anyway, my daily report yes the 2 houses are both still lit. 5 for 5 this week. I'm wondering if either one will be next week still. Have a good TGIF!!!

We’re expecting periods of light rain today with highs near 53 degrees. Not too much going on, I have to run a couple of errands this morning and I’ll be working on the laundry. The girls are all off, we’re going to do some shopping this afternoon and order pizza for dinner. That’s about it for me. I hope everyone is well and has a nice day!

It's a beautiful start to the day, almost 70°F outside and sunshine. It's supposed to be 80° for the next 10 days at least. What happened to winter?!
My great uncle passed away this week, and his funeral is tomorrow. He lived just down the road from my mom's, but we were never really close. He's the last of my grandfather's immediate family, at 97 years old. He was driving up until last year, too! He was actually a WWII vet, and was at the Normandy invasion, where he was wounded and received the Purple Heart. It's very interesting, but he was sort of standoffish, so we saw each other and spoke only in passing. Bless his heart.
Lunch with mom and Jim today.
