Thankful tomorrow is Friday!!!!
Thanks Crown! That Half Way Marker is looking pretty good from here!Good Morning, Milestone Stalkers.
And stalking these wild Milestone markers is fun. It helps make the year seem to pass more quickly, and provides entertainment along the way.
Well, get ready to be entertained, as our next quarry is just ahead!
Days to the Season: 193
Days to Christmas Day: 235
Eleven days.
That's what separates us from the HALF WAY Milestone to the Season.
SINGLE DIGITS from the day after tomorrow.
(If the second half of our Season count passes as fast as the first half did, we are all in big trouble!)
Continued warm and sunny, with no rain. And the humidity has still not crept in yet to any significant degree. It's coming though, and it is best to be prepared!
This Weekend Eve morning has commenced here in central NC at 64 degrees.
Have a Fabulous Friday, Friends.
And may your weekend get off to a Stupendous Start this afternoon!
Glad you're feeling better!Good Friday morning! Some sun this morning but they predict thunderstorms this afternoon. I have the day off but is a day off really a day off when you have all these chores to do and errands to run? Plus I have some actual work to do at home, so yeah, not a real day off. On the plus side, my cold symptoms are (slowly) going away so I'll have more energy to tackle this day and the work weekend coming up. Enjoy your day everyone!
I am planning a lot of 3 day weekends this summer as well....looking forward to breaking up the weeks.TGIF! It was a very warm summery night but since my a/c was not up yet it was hard to sleep. Rollins kept getting up too so we went downstairs where it's about 8 degrees cooler than it was in my room. Sleeping on the couch wasn't bad. Now on to work and then back to normalish temps this weekend and next week. Oh yeah I was up planning all my 3 day weekends and such coming this summer. Gotta do something in the middle of the night when you can't sleep. Hope everyone is having a great day!
Thanks, Crown...have a great weekend!Good Morning, Milestone Stalkers.

Thanks, Holiday! Don't you just love watching your babies grow? I hope your garden does well too. Have a great day!Nice to see you again!!
Your plants look really healthy!! I have the opposite problem. I waited too long to plant my tomatoes. My Peppers are looking really good, (planted them earlier than the tomatoes) but my tomatoes are still babies!!! Hope your garden does well!! xx
Have a good day!
Thanks, Meceka!Welcome back!
I am right there with you. I'm a member of some doggie FB pages I probably should not be a member of b/c some of the stories just break my heart. But some make me so happy!! I'm just an animal lover!!I really hope this dog is ok and that you are able to get it to come close to you so you can take it to a loving home again. My heart breaks anytime I hear of stray pets. I even followed on Facebook the story of dog owners in Saskatchewan whose dog had run away. From time to time they'd hear of someone maybe spotting their dog here and there but they could never find him. After 85 days, their dog actually found his way back home and I just cried happy tears, and I don't even know these people. Thank you for looking out for this pup Holiday.
Bless your heart, I'm sure it's hard to watch. Sending prayers for all of you!Good late morning check in from me - MMC!
I stayed with Mom last night. We had our challenging moments. I'll be staying with her this weekend too so I'm trying to gear myself up for it!! God love her!! ♥ She told Emma this morning that she still likes me - I'm surprised!! HA!! Dementia is so hard!!! Bless her heart!! Lucy coming along saves me when I'm there. She takes good care of her G-ma!! ♥
Speaking of Emma - She's BACK today!!! Oh how I missed her!! I wonder how many words we got in, in our 1 hour talk this morning! LOL!!! Can't wait to talk with her more later! She just needs to move here!![]()
We have a graduation party tomorrow night & other than that I'll be at Moms & not much going on! Just glad it's FRIDAY!!
Everyone, have a GREAT day!!

He was a good boy!!God bless you and your husband for taking care of the stray dog! Most of the dogs we had when I was growing up were dropped off at our farm ~ they were the best pets!!
