That's true. There are plenty of great podcasts out there, and I just wanted to add my spin to the holiday

Plus I get to research some great stuff

Tell us about your goals for the podcast...how often will you be posting, what's the most important stuff you want to get out there, etc

I've always wondered why some of the foods we eat during the holidays only seem to come out in December

 

[GWarren]

I wanted the podcast to explore where those traditions come from

 

[GWarren]

So I plan to release a new food one a month

 

[GWarren]

But there are some surprises coming........

Any plans for a website to sit behind the podcast? You know to share recipes and such maybe?

YES. I've started to create a website. It should be live soon: seasonseatingspodcast.com

It will feature the podcasts and anything holiday food related

Christmas foods is SO broad though. What do you think is the low hanging fruit, so to speak?

Well, I started with my favourite: figgy pudding. That was the premiere episode

I caught that episode. Fabulous!

My background in English, so I'm sticking with some of those traditions
