It sounds like there is alot of focus on newer artists that we don't hear on traditional radio which is wonderful to get exsposure but i wanted to ask if you also dig into old artist from the 40's that made great albums that don't get any exsposure

for example i mentioned i was a fan of Sammy Kaye Christmas or even Jackie Gleason
but i don't ever hear those on the radio
I try to play it all. And do have some stuff from the 40's. The problem with a lot of it is it isn't always easy to find good quality versions of some of the songs. I have some big band stuff that I love, but there's a lot of hiss, which makes it sound really bad on the station. Still, I do try to create a mix of new and old.
