YABBA> ROCK ON!

Good travels Fair Knight...Godspeed...

You took the best line "It's only a flesh wound"!!!!!!!!

That movie was filmed in your backyard wasn't it Mo?

Yep, Doune Castle about 30 miles away from me............actually right next to a brilliant pub, now that you mention it........

I love pub's...But I'm alergic to alcohol...I break out in handcuffs...

Don't you just hate it when that happens....??!!!!!!

I do! But thankfully, it has been a long, long time since I had a reaction...We're all better off!

Take two Pils and call me in the morning!

Morning all!

I dont know, I'm away from here for one day and you all go slightly python-crazy 'He's not the messiah, he's a very naughty boy'

Also like the following scene from the holy grail

BLACK KNIGHT: 'Tis but a scratch.
ARTHUR: A scratch? Your arm's off!
BLACK KNIGHT: No, it isn't.
ARTHUR: Well, what's that then?
BLACK KNIGHT: I've had worse.
ARTHUR: You liar!
BLACK KNIGHT: Come on you pansy!
[hah]
[parry thrust]
[ARTHUR chops the BLACK KNIGHT's right arm off]
ARTHUR: Victory is mine!
[kneeling]
We thank thee Lord, that in thy merc-
[hah]
BLACK KNIGHT: Come on then.
ARTHUR: What?
BLACK KNIGHT: Have at you!
ARTHUR: You are indeed brave, Sir knight, but the fight is mine.
BLACK KNIGHT: Oh, had enough, eh?
ARTHUR: Look, you stupid bastard, you've got no arms left.
BLACK KNIGHT: Yes I have.
ARTHUR: Look!
BLACK KNIGHT: Just a flesh wound.
[bang]
ARTHUR: Look, stop that.
BLACK KNIGHT: Chicken! Chicken!
ARTHUR: Look, I'll have your leg. Right!
[whop]
BLACK KNIGHT: Right, I'll do you for that!
ARTHUR: You'll what?
BLACK KNIGHT: Come 'ere!
ARTHUR: What are you going to do, bleed on me?
BLACK KNIGHT: I'm invincible!
ARTHUR: You're a loony.
BLACK KNIGHT: The Black Knight always triumphs!
Have at you! Come on then.
[whop]
[ARTHUR chops the BLACK KNIGHT's other leg off]
BLACK KNIGHT: All right; we'll call it a draw.
ARTHUR: Come, Patsy.
BLACK KNIGHT: Oh, oh, I see, running away then. You yellow
b******s! Come back here and take what's coming to you.
I'll bite your legs off!Pure geius.

Anyhoo, hope you all have a great Thursday, I'm off to Edinburgh tomorrow morning for the weekend, should be good!

HAPPY SPRING!!!
16_6_1v-1.gif

It sure doesn't feel like the 1st day of spring out there! It's 27º & dreary. We have had rain for the last 2 days, mixing with snow yesterday afternoon! They are calling for snow on Saturday!! Warm weather IS coming, right???

Have a good day ya'll!

Have y'all been in the eggnog????
I don't know about the eggnog but they've sure been in something when they should have been in bed.
Nothing like a good night's sleep to soothe the frenetic soul.
Sadly, they undo it all with that coffee stuff!
I'll retire to Bedlam (if the mattresses are soft, that is.)

Do I sense another opera is immenent (or emminent. Or both)?
Of course. As long as our resident author has been properly fortified with the great bean.
And maybe a quiet corner room at the Shispering Pines Motel to think. Don't forget the fired twinkies to help get the coffee down. (Wait, what am I saying?? They never need help getting the coffee down. That would be like me needing help to figure out how to pull down the sheets).

<< OK, Crown, enough with that. Get on with the count! >>
Oh, right. Sorry.

Days to the Season: 238
Days to Christmas Day 280

It was 55 for the morning commute but with clouds and wind, it felt more like 40. Close to freezing temps are predicted for tonight. At least it puts the pollen fall on pause.

Have a Thrilling Thursday, my fellow Christmas Comrades!

(And to you Python-o-holics.
If you're not careful, you'll get me started talking about cheese and parrots!)

Ooooo!
Or maybe re-set the cheese sketch in a coffee shop with Binger!
Ooooo, the possibilities! (Or would that be too cruel?)
Wish I could write like they do!

Nudge nudge, wink wink, say no MORE!!!!!

Wow! Even I have to have a cigarette after that lively exchange!!

I like the Vicar sketch myself....
