That is a day we will never forget.
I was watching the ceremonies on TV just before coming back here.
It has been 8 years since that event and it still makes me tremble to remember the horror of watching the events unfold on TV that morning.

TGIF!!!!! It's very windy and pouring down rain here this morning. A perfect morning just to curl up on the couch and watch a Christmas Movie and of course I can't. Work calls. Oh well at least I made a tray of brownies this morning and brought them into work with me.

Good Friday morning, everyone!

No work and no class on Fridays... Hooray! I am sure I will have to do a lot of reading and volunteering throughout the rest of the semester anyway. Another beautiful day here in Ottawa. A high of 73 is expected with a few clouds. Very little wind as well. Fantastic! It will be a great day to hold our second tryout at Carleton. I am excited!

Half way down the count from 110 to 100. It's great to see the days diminish with each sleep.

Of course, I'd like to say that my thoughts are with everyone who lost a special someone in the 9/11 tragedy. Even as a Canadian I will always remember where I was and my exact emotions when the attacks happened. A sad day in history that will be forever remembered.

This day definitely makes me remember how lucky we all are to be around. And because of this, I hope everyone has a great day!

FRIDAY FRIDAY FRIDAY FRIDAY FRIDAY FRIDAY .......I LOVE ME SOME FRIDAY! Whew...what a day....our school plays a big rivalry tonight....and our kids were CRAZY!!! Now, we have alot of great kids....but sometimes they go nuts..and today was one of those days...but it's over now!

Kids came home with their Schools fundraiser,and instead of how much money you you collect its how many items you sell.so guess what they wanna win? A Wii and ya need atleast 150 items to get it. They wanna combine their items,but the teacher said she didnt think ya could do it ,so now I need to wait until the Principal can find out if its ok.I got eye rolls and humpfs,its just a question! Jeez,I'll just wait till Black Friday and buy it for them.It's like Im shakin up this small town with my Big City idea's LOL.
Gonna meet some old friends I havent seen in 12 yrs tomorrow for Dinner! no kids YAY! Mami is gonna party...lolHave a great weekend all.
