I can't belive that we are only 2 days away from the 50 day mark to the season. It will be time to decorate before we know it!!!!!!

Snow? I had a 6:30 am practice this morning, so it appears that I missed that on the Weather Network (Canada's version of the TWC). I am sure I'll see something soon enough. Personally, I do not believe I am ready for snow quite yet. I don't want to get too excited this early. There's still at least a month until I want to see the white stuff... Don't get me wrong though, I do love it!

Good afternoon, everyone!

Happy first day of Fall! So much to celebrate. It's the start of the official season that leads into our favourite time of year and we're only 52 days away from the Christmas Season! Thursday brings the end of the work week for me as well as that 50 day mark.

It's been quite muggy here today. Highs are supposed to reach the high 80s today and mid-80s tomorrow with humidex. Very warm for Fall! It should cool down to the low 60s by the weekend, however, which is still very comfortable.

I hope everyone is enjoying their Tuesday!

Happy first day of fall!!!!!!!!!!! My favorite season officially begins today. I know. Winter should be my favorite seeing that it's the season for Christmas, but there's just something about fall...

First Day of Fall!?!? Wow, that snuck up on me! I just wish the great state of Geogia would leave the time the way it is, and forget daylight savings time.

There are actually two "official" starts of autumn. Meteorological autumn begins on September 1, astronomical autumn begins on the autumnal equinox, which this year falls on Sept. 22.

But in any case, Happy Autumn!

I just wish the great state of Geogia would leave the time the way it is, and forget daylight savings time.

I use to love that about indiana. We didn't do daylight savings time and just stayed the same time all year. The state house thought it confused other people around the world that did business here though so they put us on daylight savings time about three years ago. I wish they would have just left us alone because now some parts of the state are in the central time zone and others are in the eastern time zone.
