My mother-in-law's sister had a surgery earlier this week, so Nancy can't decide if she should go up to Atlanta to visit her Aunt this weekend, or go to the mountains. If she goes for the hospital visit, we'll just re-schedule the mountain trip to next weekend, but that entails more schedule conflicts. Either way, I'm going to the mountains!

Its my day off. Son is napping and Wife is out. Crank up mmc radio! Plug in my usb Christmas lights. Done and Done! Hope everyone is having a good day!
 
Happy Wednesday! Only 2 more hours until Im off of work and Im so glad we are 1/2 way through the work week! I went to the Good Will store today on my lunch break..and found my 3 year old son about 10 Christmas videos. They are only $1 a piece.. I got him Miracle on 34th street, The Muppets Christmas Carol, Charlie Brown Christmas, Santa Clause (Tim Allen).. I was so happy to find them! I know he is going to love them cheesy and what a great deal I got! Its chilly here...looks and feels like it wants to snow but its about 47 degrees so I know it wont! Very cloudy and gray out....gets me into the Christmas mood even more..thats for sure!

GUESS WHAT??? They are calling for SNOW here on Friday!!! SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :dance:

That IS a great deal! I haven't thought of look at the Good Will store for videos. I'll have to try that.
 
I had never been into a Good Will store until this past year! With money being tight (and the Good Will being right across the street from my work) I usually try to stop in every few weeks. There were tons of videos in there and with my son being 3 years old Im sure he knows no difference if they are new or used cheesy..plus instead of me only being able to buy him 1 or 2 I can get him quite a few!

Yes, it is freezing cold. A friend of mine lives farther south than me and she said it snowed earlier.:playing:
