Thanks to made and Christmasstar for the get well wishes. He woke up feeling even worse this morning, but had to go into work for a bit. I doubt he'll be working a full day today. So far, I'm not sick and I hope it stays that way. cheesy

Today, I'm going to be making phone calls, trying to get someone to hire me (anyone out there need a civil engineer?!). And if I have time, I'm going to clean up a little. The dishes need done and the clutter should be picked up around here.

I'm excited about tomorrow. My brother and sister are coming over to carve pumpkins. I hope it doesn't rain, because it'd be nice to do it outside.

I hope everyone enjoys their Friday. I know I will. It's the weekend! WOOO!!!

Isabella's patch will be comming of soon and im more nervous than she is! she's woried about Karate tomorrow,I won't be able to do my forms right..she says.well I think Sensi Mike will understand..:) Hope ya's have a nice relaxed weekend!
 
Coach- Junior qualified 12th and he was 4th during practice. Defintely better than the last couple of weeks.
 
QVC actually srated last night- they had Mr. Christmas on...

man oh man...Friday night...not a creature is stirring...not even a mouse (but my baby St. Bernard is looking at me). Wife is asleep, tv is off, just enjoying the calmness of it all.....ahhhh....

tomrrow little dog goes to vet...during that time the wifey and I are going to go look at Christmas decorations adn then I'm going to come home and cook us something to eat....thinkwe are actaullly planning to watch a movie. With her being in school again and me takinga new job, there hasn't been much time for us to just hang out so that is going to happen tomorrow night!

Ho hum...That's how I feel. These past couple of weeks have been rough for me. I'm excited that Christmas is here but I feel that I've lost my spirit to decorate for myself. I usually start on Nov. 1st but, I'm not even looking forward to it right now. I don't know. Hopefully it comes back to me but, I feel that this is going to be a rough Christmas for me this year. Hope everyone else is in the spirit this year and pass some along to me. Thanks!

Good Morning all..... yesterday morning my computer crashed......a nasty virus....had to reinstall the operating system last night. Finally got it back up and running just before midnight. Tha sad part is that my antivirus didn't even catch it. Looks like may be getting a different one......

Oh well at least I have it fixed now. Will be reinstalling everything else later today....We plan on bring down the Christmas lights tonight to start testing them and getting them ready....can not wait!!!

The weekend at last! I am going to a book sale this morning, the library is selling off all its used books + some new ones. This is always a good place for a deal.

Look! Under three weeks until the Season. Down into the teens tomorrow. It's REALLY starting to look close, isn't it?

Windy, cloudy, and stormy looking here this morning, but warm (71 degrees).
The kind of weather situation that sometimes breeds tornados this time of year. Will keep a sharp eye on the clouds today!

i'm going shopping for my christmas decorations next week, i can't wait!

i was doing some shopping yesterday and every shop i went in to was bursting with christmas stock, it's so exciting!

christmas adverts are all over tv now too.

My sisters computer just did the same thing. There must be a new virus out that the antivirus hasn't been updated for yet.

Not much going on today. I have already been to the grocery store and done 2 loads of laundry. I also got my first 40 cards for the card exchange ready. I might go to the store this afternoon to finish buying the rest of the cards needed so I can get them all ready. The rest of the day will be spent watching football and nascar.
