SNOW!!!
WE GOT SNOW!!!!!
WE GOT HAMMERED WITH SNOW!!! The Drive home was a NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS BEFORE HALLOWEEN!!
So far Thornton Colorado (north Denver) has gotten TEN INCHES!! and we are expecting 8 to 10 MORE tonight thru 6 pm Tomorrow.

SCHOOLS CLOSED!! WE WENT SLEDDING!! 3 days before Halloween IMAGINE THAT!! Sledding before trick or treating!!

WOW What a way to start the Holiday season!!!!

Good morning everyone...finally no rain......So close to the end of the work week and the end of the month.....

We plan on doing some Christmas shopping this weekend so that will be fun....

Speaking of Christmas:
Days to the Season: 15
Days to Christmas Day: 57

Just slightly over the 2 week mark to the beginning of the season...

Wow guys! The days are really flying now! I can't believe how close we are getting to the season. I leave for my Christmas trip to Branson in 8 days! Yay! I'm so excited :)

We're still supposed to get some more rain today, but I think Friday and Saturday are supposed to be sunny and decently warm for Halloween celebrations...

Then I'll whip out the first tree on Sunday ;) hehehe...tis the season!

Good Thursday morning, my Christmas friends!

It's busy as usual around here. I'm hoping when the holidays come and school lets out, things will slow down a little. I don't want Christmas to pass me by too quickly!

We are planning a trip to the mountains the day after Thanksgiving for a few days. I jsut book us on a trolley tour of Christmas lights in Gatlinburg, TN. That ought to be lots of fun!

Happy Friday Eve.. I cant believe its 4 weeks until Thanksgiving and 8 weeks until Christmas Eve. I am right where I want to be..this year has gone by so fast and now I would like the next 2 months to go by nice and slow so I can enjoy my favorite time of the year cheesy although I doubt it will go by slow!

Smiley21, Julie, Ballcoach and Hoosierchristmas: I am so ready for Thanksgiving also! I have been out on my own for 3 1/2 years now and we still dont cook Thanksgiving at my house. We go to my In Laws and my Parents for Thanksgiving...nothing beats their home cooking! They both live only about 5 minutes away from us..so its a nice relaxed day close to home with lots of yummy food!

I'm pretty sure the Zhu Zhu things are replacing Webkins this year. Good luck keeping the new craze from your daughter. cheesy

Good Thursday morning everyone! I've been out the past couple of days and it's so good to see so many people posting now!

I went to an intense, 4.5 hour interview on Tuesday. I think it went well. The problem with the interview was, the more people I talked to, the more I wanted the job, and the more nervous I got! I'll find out in a couple of weeks if I got the job.

I won't be posting for a little while here. I'm getting married on Sunday and I'll be on my honeymoon all next week. So this is my last post on the countdown for October. I hope everyone enjoys their first week of November. I know for a lot of you, it'll be time to decorate for Christmas in a few days. So exciting!!!
