Christmas Countdown - 2009

^Yeah, finally, no rain here, either.

Good Thursday morning, my Christmas friends!

It's busy as usual around here. I'm hoping when the holidays come and school lets out, things will slow down a little. I don't want Christmas to pass me by too quickly!

We are planning a trip to the mountains the day after Thanksgiving for a few days. I jsut book us on a trolley tour of Christmas lights in Gatlinburg, TN. That ought to be lots of fun!

That should be fun. Be sure and visit The Christmas Place in Pigeon Forge. We are going to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge the weekend of 11/14 to celebrate my son's birthday and kick-off the season.

Did anybody else watch Christmas Vacation on CMT last night??? I just love that movie! It was a great night - Great Pumpkin at 8:00, Christmas Vacation at 9:00 - PERFECT! :-D

Good morning, everyone!

Lots of posts this morning. Great sign! The end of the work week is very close. In fact, today is my final day of work, but I am sure essays and assignments will extend throughout the weekend, thus keeping me busy.

Another dreary morning here in Ottawa. Temperature is supposed to reach about 50F with sun this afternoon, however. It should be real nice! Rain is forecasted on Halloween. I really hope that changes for the children.

Tomorrow is only two weeks until the Season... and only one week until A Christmas Carol opens. I really need to grab my tickets fast! Hopefully I can manage to get out and purchase them sometime this weekend. It's a must see in iMax for me!

Everyone's Thanksgiving talk is making me jealous. I want another delicious dinner! I guess I will have to wait until Christmas for another one of those. Have a great Thursday, everyone!!

We plan on doing some Christmas shopping this weekend so that will be fun....

Good Thursday morning everyone! I've been out the past couple of days and it's so good to see so many people posting now!

I went to an intense, 4.5 hour interview on Tuesday. I think it went well. The problem with the interview was, the more people I talked to, the more I wanted the job, and the more nervous I got! I'll find out in a couple of weeks if I got the job.

I won't be posting for a little while here. I'm getting married on Sunday and I'll be on my honeymoon all next week. So this is my last post on the countdown for October. I hope everyone enjoys their first week of November. I know for a lot of you, it'll be time to decorate for Christmas in a few days. So exciting!!!

Am I the only one ready for Thanksgiving? Or could it be that I'm a starving college student lol!

I can't wait. Turkey sounds so good that I was tempted to buy one at the grocery store yesterday and then come home and cook it. I convinced myself to wait though and not spoil it for thanksgiving.

Wow 530 posts in the last 25 hours since I have been on. Everyone must be getting excitied. Well I just got home about an hour ago from working. I went to all of my out of town accounts today. It is a lot of driving but it was at least through country roads. The trees all looked beautiful and all of the farmers were out cutting down the corn. I love going to my accounts this time of year!!!!!! I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
