We have snow today!!!!! cheesy Started snowing about an hour ago and looks like it's sticking to the ground nicely, so pretty!:dance:
Good morning all.....I can not believe that Christmas Eve is a week from today. Still have soooo much to do. Need to finish up shopping and wrapping. They are saying it might snow here this weekend. I hope so! We are baking all weekend long so it will be nice to listen to Christmas music, bake and see the snow falling. Can't get any better then that!!!! Coffee pot will be on over time this weekend. Thankfully I have a nice supply of coffee and creamer so I will be set!
Hubby started his vacation today....wish I was home with him....oh well I only have a few more days to work before I am off for Christmas break.

Wow! A week from tomorrow!!
Time is just racing by.
Cold this morning, where we started below freezing and now stand at just over 33.
At least we have abundant sunshine and no wind.
The rain is supposed to return tomorrow and by Saturday, they say possible frozen precip of some kind. (Unfortunately, we tend to get sleet or freezing rain here instead of snow. Curses!)
Well, my computer kept freezing up on me this morning so I'm late getting here and have to run.

only 7 days til the big day...it´s incredible...time is racing by....now I am sick...caught a terrible, terrible cough...but it doesn´t matter....lol...Christmas is near

Hey all! What a week it has been! All of us (me, my Hubby, my 2 year old and 4 month old Son's, Mom, Dad and Brother) are still trying to get over an awful cold! It has really put me behind with wrapping presents, baking and shopping. Now the weather is calling for lots of snow this weekend (my Hubby plows snow and will be no help to me if he is working all weekend)...I dont know when Im going to get all of this done..and to think that right around Thanksgiving I thought I had a great start on all of my Christmas stuff! Oh well, its almost Christmas, I cant believe it and this is our first year as a family of 4! Im very excited! I have been very busy at work and havent been on here much. Hope everyone is doing well! I am hoping to get my grocery shopping for Christmas done tomorrow on my lunch break incase it does snow lots this weekend...that will be one more thing off of my list cheesy

I've been trying to get some work done, but my mind keeps wandering...Christmas Eve is one week away! It always amazes me how quickly it slips up on me.
My dogs got out during the night last night, and it took me all morning to find them. The came out of the woods soaking wet and muddy. When I put them up, they drank a lot of water, then laid down in the sun and went to sleep. LOL!

this year I have noticed that almost every house on my street has put up lots of outdoor decorations- it looks so great! and I haven't seen this in a quite a few years. I think it must be that when things in the world seem so uncertain, people torn to the comfort of God and Christmas love!
