:hello: Thanks for that! It brought to mind my dear friend who passed away last June (battle with cancer), she used to sing that song.

The staff training went well yesterday and today, I'm just taking it easy. Supposed to get some rain this morning, temps are mild. If the weather predictions hold true, we'll be seeing blue sky every day next week except for Tuesday.

And a fine morning it is, with our temp already up to 53 and the promise of 71 by this afternoon (as if the weather service could ever "promise" anything!).
Might not be the 80 you want, Bing, but that's not bad for Feb 8.

Speaking of dates reminds me of calendars, which reminds me of the count!

cheesy We never got any rain. It was a bit misty lastnight so it was a tad slippery outside, but it's been rather sunny today.

Not sure what the temp is at the moment, likely about that 44 F mark, but it's warming up.

I think I've caused a few other folks to enjoy my countdown quirks at work, people actually look at the write board in my office to see how close it is. Before I left yesterday, I put the count in place for Monday morning just in case I got busy and missed it.

Thursday... what am I doing Thursday ... Maybe I'll watch Elmo Save Christmas or something like that. HaHa.

Santa Rides A Harley in Iowa, I've seen it! Not in person, but I've seen it.

Closer to home he's arrived by firetruck, helicopter, float and horse-drawn sleigh and train - any other odd ways for Santa to arrive to greet folks "in your neck of the woods"? I haven't seen him appear in a reindeer-pulling sleigh yet. :rudolph:

Good Sunday afternoon! It's been a slow day around here! Went out with friends last night & it got pretty late - now I can't get movin today! My hubby is bowling all afternoon in the city tournament, so I've got the house to myself!!! :smile: (wouldn't want that all the time, but it's nice just for a day!) It has been a warm & semi-sunny weekend! What a tease! Lol! Hope you are all having a great weekend!!
