Crown reporting back on the job after our quick trip to South Carolina.
(If funerals can be good, it was a good one. As usual, I saw people I had not seen in many years, and who know - may never see again. Life's funny that way.)

Will start off with a word of thanks for my guest countdowner, Binger.
I thought my trust would have "bean" well-placed and it was.

Overcast and damp here in Raleigh at this hour where we stand at 62.
Rain possible today and tomorrow but the high today should be in the 70's.
Wonderful weather in SC over the weekend where it was in the low to mid 70's during the day with cool nights and low humidity.

Yes good morning to everyone! Driving to work this morning kinda reminded me of the Christmas season. Its cool and rainy... and just plain old damp. Reminded me of a December day..almost put in my Christmas CD to put a smile on my face. Hope everyone has a nice week cheesy

Good Monday to all my friends!

I cranked up the computer this morning and started Windows Media Player for some background music. The first song was 'Christmas Time is Here" by The Vince Guaraldi Trio. I LOVE that song.

It's overcast here in SE Georgia this morning. As MsChristmas noted, I could play the music and look outside and almost believe it's Christmastime!

Good Morning All!! Cold and rainy here too this morning. It reminded me of a fall morning. I have had a couple of those days this month where it felt more like fall then spring.......Maybe tonight after dinner I pop in Charlie Brown's Halloween and Christmas DVDs to watch with the kids.

it is raining and chilly here too with lots of gusty wind to go with it. Supposed to snow tomorrow.
Now that the cake competition is done, I can clean the house....which really needs a good going over!

Good Morning Christmas friends,
I can almost smell the Christmas tree around the corner. The weather here in california is very hot, yesterday it was around 95 in my area, today it is going to be around 93. I wish I was in Christmasstar's area, I love the rainy, windy days.

Oh I am so excited that we are coming up on the 100's for the season! I too was listening to some Christmas tunes these last couple of days in the car. I realized today that I need to start setting dates and planning events for July. So really, it is all coming up way too quick! Gotta keep track of time!

That's right - we are now under a week from both of the upcoming Milestones, the 1/3 Christmas Day mark and the 200-Day Season window.
Two reasons to celebrate in one week - almost leaves me sleepless! - almost.

A bit overcast here at this hour but with a lessened chance of rain.
We currently stand at 55.

I love his work! Smooth jazz is a favorite of mine, and his Christmas songs are the best!
