Ohh no- another one lost to the evils of sweet tea with Crown.....
Oh, Yessss! Another tea convert! Before you know it, half of our members will be renaming themselves after something with "tea" in it!
(Perhaps we could re-name the Shispering Pines "The Liptonian". Hmmm....)

Good Morning, Friends, be you tea or coffee addicts (or both)!

Calm, sunny, 74 and dry outside. In a word, "beautiful"!
Again, only a 30% chance of rain. Great start for the weekend.

And speaking of the weekend, how's our count to kick it off?
Days to the Season: 153
Days to Christmas Day:195
Now UNDER two 2 weeks to go to the 1/2 way mark to Christmas Day.

Any interesting weekend plans?
I might go out to our local flea market and browse. No telling what you might fine. Sometimes they have nice old LP records for $1 a piece, which I then convert to digital to put on my MP3 player. Often there are Christmas titles!

Have a Stupendous Saturday / Wonderously Wacky Weekend, Everyone!

Another sweet tea (first thing in the morning!) drinker checking in!

Got a busy day coming up here - I'm catering a rather large lunch today for one of the former Ram's football players and his organization. Then after that, I'm going to represent my restaurant at a mini Race for the Cure in the early afternoon and evening.

Gotta run and start the day! Hope you all have a fabulous Saturday!!

hey be careful what you fine at the flea market Crown.. there's nothing worse than a fine at the flea market- less to spend on a fired twinkie at the shispering pines...

Not much going on around here today. My sisters neighorhood is having a community garage sale today so i will probally head out there to see if i can find any good deals. I don't need anything else but you never know when you will find that perfect christmas decoration or a book that you always wanted to read. Then i will be planting some more tomatoe plants that my neighor gave me yesterday. The ground is still nice and soft so that won't be hard. That will be about it today. Hope everyone has a great day!!!!!!!!!!

Add another to the sweet tea list. I can't stand coffee.

it's non already!

this morning sure went by fast! We had a garage sale with the neighbours this morning which is why it went by so fast. nothing major to sell, just a bunch of stuff piling up that I got tired of dusting. Made about $50, enough for dinner out tonight! The rest is going to the local Salvation Army thrift store.

Hey Guys! Hope the storms haved through everybody's different areas quickly and without damage. Yesterday was pretty tough here, last night (early morning) was more rain, and then it got hot and muggy.

Made....who do you think will win the race tomorrow?

Bout to head to bed, going to be getting up and drinking coffee and cooking in a few hours (usually get up early on Sunday)....see yall then! Later guys!

Good morning everyone!....Still tired cos we drove to the hospital with Kandice....she woke up at 12:30.......screaming in pain saying she had a headache.....plus she had a high fever and she threw up...I was immediately thinking of Meningitis...but the doctor found nothing...we gave her something to lower the fever...and she slept well...in the morning the fever was back...but she is fit as a sneaker....I gave her the thing to lower it again.....I think she was just growing....but it was really, really scary....when we drove up, I already packed her a pyjamas and tothbrushes for her and I....because I was convinced that she has to stay....and of course I would have stayed there with her.

That's got to be scary, T. Hope Kandice (and you) are doing better this morning but keep a close eye on her. If it doesn't improve, take her back immediately, despite the Dr finding nothing.

:point:

Hey Track..hope your daughter is better soon. That had to be so scary! Hope everyone is having a great weekend. My son is sitting here playing with Play Doh and we are going to go grocery shopping in a little bit. I cant believe that in less then 2 weeks we will be 1/2 way to Christmas cheesy

A find thing for you to say, my friend!

Good morning, folks!
Beautiful outside agan. We stand at 79 degrees under calm, sunny skies.
There was the possibility of rain both Friday and Saturday but none fell. And we just might luck out again today.
(Monday may be a different story, however.)

OK, our count, to round out another week:
Days to the Season: 152
Days to Christmas Day:194
Onward we march - ever onward.
Very close now to SINGLE DIGITS to the 1/2 way mark to Christmas Day. Can that be??

Have a Super Sunday, Folks!
Keep that Christmas song on your lips and the Spirit of the Season in your heart today.

Ballcoach- I am a big junior fan so I am hoping they get there act together today and win again but I will be happy as long as kyle busch doesn't win.

Track- hope the little one is felling better

Not much going on today. Going to watch the nascar race and have to run to the grocery to get bread and milk. Hope everyone has a great day!!!!!
