OM_ I only have 2 months left before i begin to install the 2009 DISPLAY (PANIC!!!)
the display takes 6 weekends to put up. Im gonna run out of time!!!!!

Congratulations on the 1000th post, Bradmac. That's quite the feat!
Happy 99 days everyone. Work was actually quite busy this morning, which did not allow me to post until now. Glad to see that everyone is in good spirits and merrily counting down the double digit days. Originally I thought that our next milestone wasn't for a while, but after looking and being re-assured by Crown, it is coming up in no time! Great stuff.
For early August, it is quite chilly in Ottawa. It appears like rain is on the way as well. I guess that's the story of the summer. Too bad, really. Anyway, I hope everyone is enjoying their Friday eve. The weekend is closing in already. Have a great day, everyone!

Matalan had Christmas decorations in stock today, yippeeeeeeeee! :yahoo: I was so excited I wanted to take a photo and upload it, but my grandmother forbade me, thinking that the staff would think I was from a rival store trying to photograph and copy their stock, and would consequently sue me. ~Sigh~

Congrats BradMac! I am attempting to reach 1000 posts before my son is born.. Im not sure (the first few weeks) how often I will have a chance to get on here after he is born! My 1 year anniversary here at this site is Saturday 8/8 (I joined on 8/8/08) isnt that neat? lol so I was hoping to have 1000 posted before then also!
Its a beautiful day here in Maryland.. in the 70's.. feels very nice after a few days in the 90's but by Sunday and early next week we may be near 100 degrees! I will try to stay inside those days!

it has warmed up here and my flowers have taken off...they look so good....only problem is that it's almost middle of August and they usually look like this around the first of July...oh well...better late than never!
I'm thinking that the Christmas Carol Train comes around my hometown this weekend....going to look at going...will keep you guys up-to-date on that...and will take pics also if i get to go!

Ballcoach - If you go, try to go earlier in the morning. I got there right at 9 when it opened, so no line at all. When I left at 10:30am there was a short, maybe 15 min. wait. It was fun and really neat to see the parts about how it was made. The preview was AWESOME!

I hope Y´all have a nice day....gon start doing the house now...not cleaning yet...only arranging and stuff...plus cleaning the Stripey´s litter box........then around 4, my oldest godchild comes over and stays til Sunday noon
I have the same thing with my garden. The tomatoes should be ripe and already being enjoyed and while I have plenty of them, they are just not ripening. Not enough warm sunshine. My flowers too and not as nice in past years. Seems only the annoying neighborhood cats are doing well and they really like my back yard.

Going to be a busy couple of days. Have to take a busload out of town this afternoon. Also have a baby shower cake to do and a big family bbq tomorrow. Then on Sunday my niece and nephew's baby is being dedicated at church which is also out of town. And, it is supposed to get hot, hot, hot....words we have not heard much this summer.
