Good Saturday morning, Christmas friends!

Ahhhh...to wake up and know I don't have to go to work - is bliss!

I spent 2 hours playing guitar last night! I printed off more Christmas songs and started learning how to play them! Any requests? cheesy

Today will be a day of cleaning. Oh...no need to feel sorry for me :wink:...I'll have the Christmas music playing while I clean (Christmas music makes doing anything better...even cleaning)! Well...I'll clean some - spend some time here on MMC - and play the guitar!

Isn't today the 3/4 mark? I think I remember reading that on Crown's daily countdown! If so.....YAAAAAAAAAAY!!! We are getting closer!!!! Although I want Christmas to come sooooooooooo badly...I want to savour and cherish and hold onto the feelings and the time leading up to Christmas!!!

Merry Almost Christmas Season.... our journey is almost complete with us having come upon the 3/4 marker. The twinkling lights are just starting to simmer in the distance accompanied with the very faint sounds of sleigh bells.

I looked out the our kitchen window yesterday morning and notice a yellow leaf in the tree.... the first sign that summer is heading out the door. Only a matter of days now. Speaking of days.....

Just came by for a quick post, then it is off to the field after breakfast. We've made it through another work week and we have a milestone to celebrate! 3/4 of the way to the Christmas Season! How about that?!

I will not be able to post tomorrow, so I hope that everyone enjoy their Saturday, but most of all has a great weekend!

:hello: Long time - no check in. The summer is flying by ... y'all know what that means - Christmas is on its merry way again!

I got a good deal on Scotch Tape, they had it reduced for back to school sales while I'm not heading to school, I took offer so I'd be ready for Christmas gift wrapping! :give:
Go ahead give it a whif and see if you don't smell pine needles!

We were on holidays and when I returned home, I could smell the cedar trees and my thoughts turned to Christmas in the blink of an eye!

Although we used to decorate real pines for Christmas, we used cedar boughs to decorate or railings.

Good Morning MMC !

Walked over to the farmers market this morning (6,775 steps) picked up some amazing peaches (if you live in Ontario, they are ready and yummy!)
Took the city bus back home and it started to smell like the fresh green onions that I also picked up. I love the farmers market, all the fresh picked stuff is so good! (and it is always nice to buy local)

Now back to working on my cake flowers!

I now have a kitchen table full of sugar flowers, and a cat that is mad at me. I had to banish her to the basement until I am done with all the flowers.

Good Morning Everyone!!!!!!! I am moving a bit slow this morning. I guess watching my nieces last night wore me out more than I thought. It is going to be another hot day here in central Indy. We have had 6 days in a row with the temperature above 95 degrees. We have not had a heat wave that lasted that long since 1941. We get a little bit of relief today with a high of only 93. It looks like we may also get some rain again today. I don't plan on doing much. I will probably pop a Christmas movie in the dvd player and work on my Christmas planner. I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well...the obsession with guitar playing continues! cheesy That's okay - the more practice I get...the better I will get! I just have a hard time putting it down once I pick it up. Mom is sooooo excited about hearing me play (and sing)!

We are looking after our grand-furchild again tonight. She (Tazz) is right now sitting beside me...looking up at me with her cute little face!

I'm curious to see the changes that will take place here on MMC with the maintenance they are doing. No matter...it will all still be Christmassy!!!
