Congratulations on finally seeing one of your favourite bands! I had a similar experience two years ago and it is still something that I treasure each and every day. The fact that they played the album that made you a fan in its entirety must only make it that much more special.

Yes it was very special, I absolutely love that album, every single song on there is awesome as far as I am concerned. To get to see them perform them live was very special.

Stopping real quick to say HI everyone. Things have been pretty busy and will get even busier this week as our daughter turns 9 on Friday and her party is on Sunday. On my lunch break today I bought some fall garland to put on the deck and some scarecrows for the front yard. I put in my order for the cornstalks, haybales and pumpkins with my neighbor and they will be delivered on Friday. Saturday we finally get to decorate for fall/halloween/Thanksgiving. I am so behind on decorating this year!!!

:rudolph: Several times today, while I was working, I found my mind wondering off to thoughts of Christmas.

Sure hope that this weekend will include sunshine so I can take some photos of our Fall leaves before they blow away.

:treeguy: Surprisingly enough, my dad emailed me and suggested I take my camera for a stroll soon. It's neat, I take photos send a few of my favourites onto him and he turns them into oil paintings taking parts of one set of trees or landscape and working with a few and sometimes adding a spooky cabin. I got one of them for my birthday last year.

Brent: I'm sure I would look quite peculiar taking pics in the store...they'd probably sic LP on me LOL! But I will certainly keep you guys updated, I'm anticipating the day I walk in the store & there is Christmas music playing...OH HAPPY DAY LOL!


Just got back in not too long ago, a good friend of mine had her baby yesterday. She's already a cutie, waiting for her to get older because we have a lot to do together lol! She's not bigger than a loaf of bread too precious!!!

I have wanted to see Rush since about 1981 when I got Moving Pictures, the album that made me a fan. And here they are, during this tour, doing that album in it's entirety. Whereas it would have been nice to have seen them sooner, it was definitely worth the wait, an absolute awesome experience.

We had rain nearly all day yesterday, providing a welcome relief from dry conditions.
Currently, we stand at 70 degrees under cloudy skies.
More rain is possible.

Well, we will be off to the coast very shortly.

Welcome to Tuesday! I have this Friday off. My Wife is going to a business meeting up north (LOL I typed norton, I work with computers all day) with the ladies Friday-Sunday. So its going to be William and I! Ill probably take him to the park if its nice out. William moves up to the toddler room in October! I made a large batch of my Grandfathers snack mix. It has peanuts, pretzels, chex and cheerios in it. Then you mix in garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning sault and butter. Bake it and mmmmmmmmmmmm. Signs of Christmas are popping up around here! Leaves are falling! And I don't want to go to work haha. Not much else is new. Hope everyone has a good day! Oh yes and all the halloween/fall stuff is up at our place!
