Well...I am awake and going to work today. I'm trying anyway. At least I was finally able to get some sleep last night. Woke up a number of times - but always able to get back to sleep. That's probably the most I've had in over a week!

I hope you are ok at work today.

A chilly rainy morning here in Maryland. Both of my Boys are still sleeping and Im about to let the Doggie out. Im taking Dylan to the doctors today. He seems to be getting better but I dont want to take a chance in his cold settling in his lungs. I will probably he going back to full time at work in a few weeks....Im not too happy about it because I love being home with my Boys on my days off but at least I have a job and it will be extra money for Christmas. I hope it will only be temporary full time. I will just have to cherish every hectic moment I have with them and especially enjoy the rest of this week since I am off all week . Have a great day everyone!

Furthermore me and my family decided on a Saint NIcholas celebration! That's great, because I have a big family it's always hard to plan.. AND the christmas decorations of my town are up! Not lighted yet, and i dislike how they look! But it makes me glad anyways! if it does not rain when i go to my class i will most surely picture them and show in the blossoms thread!

Is the Saint Nicholas celebration the one you were telling me about that takes place on December 5th or 6th?

Well, I never got a chance to come back and hang out yesterday! We took a 2 mile walk with my grandmom yesterday ... it was so nice out! I love looking at everyone's fall decorations!

It's a rainy, cool day today.. I love it! I am going to bake some cookies today. And guess what? My husband and my dad are taking Jude this weekend to pick out our tree!!! We cut ours down at a tree farm and you can go "tag" it early and go cut it down in December - yay!!!!

Sounds like a fantastic walk and sounds like fun to pick your tree out already!

I was just watching the Today Show and Santa was on there! They were outside and it was decorated with Christmas Trees. They were showing all the Nieman Marcus gifts.

They also showed that $15,000 gingerbread house. It's posted somewhere on the forums and I am sure you already seen it but WOW, hard to believe it cost that much! A full size edible gingerbread house!

I was just watching the Today Show and Santa was on there! They were outside and it was decorated with Christmas Trees. They were showing all the Nieman Marcus gifts.

They also showed that $15,000 gingerbread house. It's posted somewhere on the forums and I am sure you already seen it but WOW, hard to believe it cost that much! A full size edible gingerbread house!

I turned on the TV this morning and they were playing Santa Claus Is Coming To Town by Bing Crosby to promote that segment, needless to say that song piqued my interest.

Good morning,

I have spent a few hours last night and this morning making a new Halloween music CD for my boys, but I think it came out well. I have to go to work this afternoon, we had a glitch in the system and they sent us our WHOLE turkey order for the season, so we are now sitting on 17 pallets of turkeys, and I will have to count them all for inventory next week, it is probably a good 7 tons.

...I have to go to work this afternoon, we had a glitch in the system and they sent us our WHOLE turkey order for the season, so we are now sitting on 17 pallets of turkeys, and I will have to count them all for inventory next week, it is probably a good 7 tons.

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

Not much is going on today. I'm taking my father-in-law to a nearby town today to pickup one of those large, stainless steel, three-compartment sinks for the meat market in his store. I just hope he doesn't want me to install it, too!

Good morning all.... well my daughter may look like her daddy but she is me through and through. Last night when she went up to bed she decided she wanted to listen to one of her cd's... one of her Christmas CD's LOL! She was listening to it again this morning while getting ready for school!

Well looks like Kmart will be running a toy book sale the same time Toys R us will have their big toy book sale. Guess we will be comparing prices to see who has the better deal... can't wait....as that is our big kick weekend to the holidays!!!

My husband and my dad are taking Jude this weekend to pick out our tree!!! We cut ours down at a tree farm and you can go "tag" it early and go cut it down in December - yay!!!!

Good Afternoon Everyone!!!!!!!!!!! Not much going on around here this week. I helped my neighbor take his A/C out of his bedroom window this morning. He doesn't think that we will need it anymore. I hope he is right but with the way this summer has went I am going to wait a couple of more weeks before I take my window one out. This afternoon I plan on putting some Christmas music on and doing some cleaning. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are not having to run our central air but the window unit in my room still runs at night. I will be glad when I don't need it anymore. Not many people remove their window units through the winter. I guess our winters are so mild and the air conditioner will be needed sooner for us than most people in the north.

Tomorrow is the closing on our loan for our new furnace. I just hope nothing goes wrong !! This was hard to get and a much needed replacement for our old which is 57 years old. Plus ! Third Day's new album is out !! HOORAY !!!!! cheesy
