I have been out spending my tax check this morning. I got new tires put on my truck and then went and ordered a new portable washer for my apartment. You wouldn't think that just becasue the washer is smaller and on wheels that it would be double the price of just a plain washer but it is. My aunt used the one I had for 9 years before I got it so as long as the new one last 12 years I won't be to mad about having to spend $700 dollars on it. Well I am off to go eat some lunch and to get ready to watch some racing. I hope everyone has a SAFE and Warm DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good afternoon.

It is still rainy and dreary here. We didn't get any of the ice (thank goodness). We just got the rain. I plan on staying in out of the weather and taking care of my cold.

COLD.
Lots of sleet. Some snow but appears to be mostly sleet. About 3" worth.
Very overcast but I think most of the precip is over.
Looking for close to single digit temps tonight!

Roads here have been traveled slightly today turning some of the snow to mush....until tonight when it's supposed to get to 5 and then it will refreeze! Not good! But my house sure is warm! Haven't heard anything about power being out anywhere and hope I don't! Bout to make some dip and some chili....see everyone later!

You said it! I understand where y'all are coming from though.

For me, it's not the snow, it's the cold. However, I prefer not to wear so much heavy clothing when I venture outdoors.

When the snow squeaks and I doesn't stick to the bottom of my boots, that's cold!

If I rarely saw snow, I'm sure I'd miss it, but only at Christmas.
