Hello every one
today I had my first exam, it was not great... the text was way too long ( i didn't finish it) and I am wondering if i was exact enough, the time was soo short that I was unable to translate every word, and just had to be quite vague
Ah welll.. let's just hope it was good enough! have to move on now! Have one more exam on thursday and one on friday!

Good evening, everyone. It appears that I missed the podcast as well. My dad and I went to our cottage for a few hours this morning and afternoon. It was great to spend some quality time with him and the dogs. We did not do a whole lot, but had lunch and completed a few tasks around the yard. It was a good time.

Well I just might be getting the best Christmas present from my job. A position on first shift has opened up and I was asked if I was interested in it. I said a very enthusiastic YES!!!! I was told that it was between me and 1 other person, so I have been praying that I get it.

I have been on third shift since I started there 3 years ago, now third shift there isn't a typical third shift it is from noon until 9:00 PM, which isn't bad, but I miss being with my wife in the evenings, and she has been mentioning that she wants me home with her in the evenings as well. So please pray for me that I get the position.

Keep in prayer for Snow-in-Texas work shift to change to mornings. I hate that I am falling asleep as he gets home from work but I like to be awake to see how his work day went. I am looking forward to having evenings with him and actually eating dinner together!

Just ordered the last gift: this belt for my boyfriend:

I think it's beautiful, but at once I am afraid he thinks it's a boring gift, or he doesn't wnat me to buy him this (since he doesn't want me to buy him clothes)... maybe I shoudl just have gotten him a game, but I wanted to get him 'something nice'... what do you guys think, is this an okay gift?

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

We had our combined Christmas parties for my father-in-law's general store, my mother-in-law's restaurant and my sister-in-law's CPA firm. Wow, my inlaws sure are entrepreneurs! We had fried shrimp, crab stew and oyster stew. It was great!

Tonight is my company party. We're going to Savannah to one of those Japanese places that cook in front of you. Then Nancy & I are doing a little shopping. The kids are staying at my mom's, so it's a good opportunity to pick up a few last-minute things.

Good Morning Everyone!!!!!! I woke up to another 4 inches of snow this morning. They were only calling for 2 inches so we got more than expected. So it looks like most of my day will be spent outside shoveling snow again. I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!

Well, all I can say is Wow! We are really closing in now!
Days to Christmas Day: 4 (Barely over HALF a week off. So close I can hear the crackle of wrapping paper!)

Very overcast here this morning, yet the weather service shows no precipitation.
We stand at a chilly 32 degrees at this hour but hope to again reach the 40's by this afternoon as we did yesterday.

Took my older niece out yesterday for lunch and to do the last of our Christmas shopping (for my younger niece).
We enjoyed ourselves and had a good outing like we used to have.
Nice.

80 degree temperature for the high today. Ugh! I do have some leaves to rake so I guess it's good temperature to get that done.
