Wow, it's beautiful weather here today! It's sunny and supposed to get to almost 70°F. cheesy

Our weather sounds similar to yours. I am actually looking forward to a warm day here. I can finally say we have had some WINTER weather here. Normally every year it is so mild that I don't look forward to spring. I want to have a winter first! I know there will be plenty of cold days ahead before we officially stay warm.

Ghana is playing Burkina Faso in the African Cup of Nations (soccer african championship).....so that is being watched in my house....my man´s country cameroon is playing thursday....I hope i don´t fall asleep to early againb

In the 168.7 miles that I drove yesterday I saw 87 houses that still had their outdoor decorations up. 4 of them still had christmas trees in their windows. It was great to see that so many people still had the christmas spirit.

In our neighborhood, several places are still decorated and at least one still turns on their lights.

Yeah, our summers are always hot and suffocatingly humid, and Christmas is usually short-sleeve weather, but not this year.

Howdy. Leaving snowy Salt Lake for rainy LA this morning. Made vacation plans by the glow of my still-up Christmas tree last night. I almost have my wife talked into keeping it up all year.

It's mid-week and time once again to meet at the Shispering Pines to take in that beautiful peak-of-the-week view of the weekend.
The weather should be nice there, although it's a bit nippy here where we have been holding steady for the last couple of hours at 41 degrees under rather overcast skies.
Rain is predicted for 3 of the next 4 days.

On my way home from work I count the number of houses still lit up (St. Val's day stuff doesn't count). I always try to be one of the last. Though one of my neighbors does challenge my some years. Last night we were down to 6. Bummer !

That's the spirit. We are leaving the basement decorated (heavily) for Christmas in early June. My son comes back from Afghanistan and we are planning his Christmas then. With mainly gag gifts, as we have already given his gifts to his wife. But I don't think he will mind, he still gets the best gift, he gets to meet his new son for the first time.
