Good morning everyone... i stopped into our local library last night and was going through their sale table. I found Christmas magazine and a Christmas story book on sale for 10 cents each. So last night after the kids went to bed I was browsing through the magazine. Some cute decorating ideas and receipes were in there.
The yucky heat and humidity went away and is suppose to be gone for the next few days. I shut off the AC and open up the windows! Was very nice and breezy this morning. Loving it!

Good morning, everyone!!
It's another cool and overcast day here in Ottawa. Temperatures are only supposed to reach about 18C... That's right, a cool 64F. It shall be cool now, but it appears that the heat and humidity will return on Saturday. Temperatures are expected to reach 100F with the humidex! Of course, these temperatures will not affect me any. I leave for my trip to Prague, Czech Republic tomorrow afternoon. Temperatures in Prague should be about the same, but I am hoping the humidity will not be as bad. We shall see!!
I still have plenty of things to do today. My camera would not turn on yesterday. I charged the battery and it still would not turn on. Suffice to say that - for some reason - it has quit on me. Perfect timing, too. I cannot have the trip of my lifetime without a camera. Therefore, I will have to go to Best Buy today and see if I can purchase a new camera. Kim is going to look into fixing my broken one while I am gone, but I have no time to do that right now. Thankfully, Best Buy has a decent sale on right now. I should be saving about $30. Every little bit helps for emergency expenses.
As for other things... I need to purchase a few other things. Also, Kim and I going out for dinner and a movie to celebrate our four-year anniversary tomorrow. She's a little angry that I am leaving on the anniversary, but I am doing my best to make up for it tonight. All this and I still have to pack!! It's a good thing that the train does not leave for Montreal tomorrow until 1:10!
I may be on and off here for the next 24 hours. Then, I will be gone for almost three whole weeks. That count is going to look quite sparse when I return!! Anyway, I hope everyone has a fantastic Wednesday! It's the middle of the week and the weekend will be even closer after lunch, especially for Canadians as tomorrow is Canada Day!! Enjoy yourselves, everyone! July is almost here!

It is a beautiful day here in central indy. We currently stand at 70 on are way to a high of 76. I am going to try and enjoy it while it lasts because it looks like saturday we will be back in the 90's. I don't really have anything planned for today. I never made it to hobby lobby yesterday so I might try to go there today. I also need to cheange the oil in my truck. I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!
I have to agree with the original poster. Can't wait for Packers season! Go Pack! It will be a little while until Lambeau turns into a winter wonder land, but training camp is one month away. That's my unofficial start of fall.
I entirely agreed, Medipaul. I cannot wait, either. Of course, I am looking forward to Christmas, but I am just as excited to head back down to Green Bay and, once again, enjoy the historic winter wonderland of Lambeau Field for the Boxing Day game against the Giants. Go Pack, indeed!

Same kind of weather here Minta...it was in the 60's this morning and its only about 75 right now.. I cant believe it I was actually a little cool haha but I love it!
Its crazy I cant stop thinking about this site. I feel like if I dont get on at least once a day I miss out on so much lol..its such a good thing cheesy. What a beautiful day here...suppose to stay nice until Saturday but I will take any break we get from the heat. I usually dont work Wednesdays but this week and next week I am... it has gone by fast which is good but I sure do miss my Boys. Have a great afternoon and night to all!

Yesterday I won a private tour of WGN-TV Studios in Chicago! I won it on Facebook! I can't believe it! All I had to do was like their status and write what my favorite thing about WGN is and I won! I thought I didn't have a chance! I could be going there as early next week! For those of you that don't know, WGN also has a Superstation (WGN America) and they were the ones that made Bozo the clown, Garfield Goose, Ray Raynard, and some classic Christmas cartoons like Suzy Snowflake, Hardrock, Coco, and Joe!
I meant to add that I got my Hallmark Ornament Premiere flyer in the mail on Monday! I'm so excited! I can't wait!
