Hello all and welcome to tuesday! It has been a busy weekend. Busy yesterday at work but today there seems to be a bit of a wait. Since the states have elections we are not busy! I was playing some Christmas music in the car this morning and my Wife had me turn it off. lol. She said she wasn't listening to Christmas music for 2 months. hah. Oh well. Time to go back to work. Hope you all have a great day!

been having a stressful time lately getting the house re-wired and re-decorated. it's all done now, but it's left in a huge mess! i'v taken the day off college and i'm getting it all organised and ready for christmas. the build up has well and truly started for me and i want a nice, clean home, so that i can light my christmas candles and relax of an evening with a mulled wine without having boxes piled up around me.
wish me luck.... it's going to take a while :-?

Good Morning Everyone!!!!! We are off to a chilly start this morning here in central Indy. I had to turn the heat on in my apartment for the first time this morning and I also had to scrape ice off of my windshield so I could go vote this morning. We are predicted to get our first snow flurries on Friday!!!!!! Since I am a bit of a news junkie most of my day will be spent watching the news to see how the elections plays out. I also plan on starting my fall cleaning so I can get everything ready for my Christmas decorations to come out. I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My plans to get some decorating is not going well, LC is destroying the house, it was clean yesterday, but it is completely trashed by him now. I have hung 1 wreath and rearranged one room in 3 hours this morning, I took him out of the house for an hour, did some errands, and voted (ever try to vote with a 2 year old, don't try it). Between him and one of the kittens I will probably be gray by the end of the day. After lunch I will try to get some decorating done, I was hoping to be done with the second room at this point though.

I am having quite an alright day! I'ts now a week till my boyfriends birthday.. Had a great idea to buy him 23 gifts (he'll be 23), and hide them all over the hosue and put notes in balloons telling him where to find them.. as it turns out, it's not as easy as it seems to find 23 'good' gifts... I am getting some things that are more expensive (like CD"s and games), but I also want some meaningful and less expensive things... especially the less expensive things are difficult *any ideas ???*
