I have enjoyed the WLCP tremendously! Chatted some last night and today, heard the bottom half or so of the Top 100, really enjoyed JayIsh's live broadcasts with the phone-ins from members and the requests, even phoned in and was on the air live! Quite a day, and I hope there are more events like this. Kudos to everyone whose hard work, patience, and fortitude made it all happen: Jeff, Maureen, JayIsh, RadioJonD, all the chat leaders and all the technical gurus who made the digital magic, thank you all. One more sparkle of magic added to the Christmas season! Enjoy a well-earned rest tonight.

I agree! It's been so much fun! I want to thank everyone too for all their hard work! It must have took some tremendous time. Great job everyone!

Hello everyone!

Another busy weekend nearly over. I can't believe Christmas is two weeks away! It really doesn't seem like it's that close...guess that's what happens when life gets super busy!

DF and I attended a work friend's Christmas party last night. It was billed as an ugly Christmas sweater/outfit/costume party, so DF dressed up as cousin Eddie from Christmas Vacation (in this exact outfit: http://www.clarkgriswoldcollection.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/Cousin-Eddie-Beer.jpg). He looked amazing, and he even won the contest!!! We had so much fun and it was great hanging out with our friends.

Today we helped my dad pick out a laptop for my mom, which was actually a lot easier than we thought. He's taking her back to Best Buy tomorrow and if she likes it, they're buying it! It's pretty weird though because my mom for YEARS said she would never buy a laptop! =p

Hope everyone is having fun at the MMC party, I'm sad I can't join in but there is so much around here to be done. Have a good night everyone!

I'm hoping to be here on christmas eve but I won't be sure until that night. We stay at my aunt's house because she is only 2 blocks from my sisters house. I know there are a couple of unsecured networks that I can tap into right now and I'm hoping they stay that way through christmas.

We typically go to my inlaws on Christmas Eve, but since DH has to work, we will be going there on the 22nd. I do have Mass at 5 and then we're going to Outback afterwards on Christmas Eve, but I will be here throughout the day, but after I get the kids to bed, I will be here until I head to bed myself. I just have to get the gifts under the tree and leave cookies out for Santa!

Be untypical and sneak us in your pocket (via smart phone) to the parents of the groom. We can lively up those folks, I assure you!
