Christmas Countdown - 2011

Well I'm done for the day! now I have to get to work inside the house,I have loads of laundry to do and I have never even unpacked from last weekends getaway!! this is about the first weekend this month I am going to stick around the house and get things back in order. the weather here is amazing bright sunshine and the high temp is going to be 65F today.Hope everyone is have a great day so far!

Good morning everyone! Last night in sleep I dreamed about every possible thing in my past I possibly could I think. Not wierd or crazy dreams just dreams people and events in my past. If everyone does not know by now I had one of my good friends that I had lost touch with die in a car wreck on the 26th(weds) and I just found out about it yesterday. I still dont know what happened,I mean it was a car wreck at 945 in the morning what else is there I need to know really? I always obsess over morbid details like this because I think if I know everything it will somehow explain or make sence of it. I always go through the motions of every day life thinking I am guarenteed tomorrrow when things like this happen I am always taken by shock and reality slaps me in the face. And that is why I always need to be grateful for my health and prosperity even when I let little things get me upset or put me in a bad mood!!! Well I have to take a test for about 2 hours this morning at work,then I am off the rest of the day. Everyone have a good morning!

So very sorry to hear this. You are right to feel like it is a slap in the face , when the truth is no one is garunteed tommorow. I try not to dwell on such things, I always get a lot of anxiety when I hear something like this , because the truth is you just never know. I think one could drive themselves crazy though, worrying about it all the time. In that case I suppose ignorance is bliss~! So sorry for your loss!

It's Friday (or weekend eve). I hope all is well with everyone. I have been coughing for 2 weeks, and now I am starting to feel like I am coming down with a cold. I don't feel bad, just feeling the early signs of a cold. Hopefully it won't be a bad one. :-?

lots of fluids and Vitamin C should help fend it off hopefully!

Good Friday morning, my Christmas friends!

It's a beautiful day here in south GA! Sunny and 60° right now, it's supposed to get up to 65° this afternoon. Nice!

The kids are pressuring us to take them to The Olive Garden tonight...LOL! They used to ask for Chucky Cheese's! I guess we can accomodate them. I've been know to eat a few pounds of lasagna in my time.

Good Morning Everyone!!!!!! We had a light dusting of snow here in central Indy last night and we are supposed to get some more flurries today. My stomach is still doing the Texas two step so I will probably spend most of my day laying around again. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!

I know isn't it great? talk about spring fever!!I have a serious case of it today...btw please tell me statesboro does not have an olive garden and we don't! or do you have to drive to savannah?

Yeah, it opened a few months ago near the mall. They're building a Cracker Barrel next door to it.

Man statesboro must have really taken off since I graduated and left in 1998. I remember when they opened the Applebees it was a huge deal!.lol I'm just glad we finally got a chili's in Valdosta I guess I'm not hard to please when it comes to food!:!!

My laptop has been admitted into the hospital. *sniff sniff* He won't be home until sometime next week. The screen has been flickering real bad and the dvd drive quit working. I am glad it's still under warranty. I will be sharing Wayne's computer until then.

Good afternoon Christmas friends!we have made it through another work week in 2011,and one more week closer to the holiday season of '11. I think for the first time in a looong time I am going to spend friday night alone with my pets and going to curl up and watch some tv maybe a good movie is on.I hope everyone is doing great and has a wonderful and safe weekend! (only one more week till superbowl!!!)

I was a teenager a Chuck E. Cheese first opened up nearby me. We would go to play video games, then as an adult I started a family and took my kids and now my grandkids. It's not a different Chuck E. Cheese, it's the very same one that I have been going to all these years. The theme has slightly changed over the years but that's about it. cheesy

Hi every one! Soo since my exams are done I get to spend some time resting, but not a lot; my internship will start next week! I'm really excited!
I'm also really excited to be able to tell you: we bought a house! Or at least, we bought ground and this year they will be building us a house! Hopefully it will be done next Christmas!
Tomorrow I'm surprising my boyfriend with a day away, we are going to look at the building of our new house a little bit (it was a month ago since we checked, and we want pictures of the progress, after all, it's our first house ) we are also going to have a winter picnic (blankets, candles and a lot of food), also we are going to go ice-skating and have dinner somewhere fancy, so a full day

The high temp has reached the lower 70's today. I have spent some of the time outdoors re-potting plants. Beautiful weather for sure.

When my chihuahuas need to go potty they run real fast outside and quick to get in. Today they went outside and laid in the sun for awhile. They were loving it!

Snow in the forecast for next week. I will be looking forward to that too!
