he snow is taking its toll up here, the weight of it collapsed my in laws back porch/deck. At this rate the kids and my wife will be in school until July 4.

Hope you'll get warmer weather soon! Sorry to hear some of your decorations got broken, luckily the most important ones remained intact!

Woke up to a beautiful blanket of snow this morning! I LOVE IT!

I am glad you got what you hoped for

It is an icy morning here in central Indy. We have at least a half inch of ice so far and another inch is expected this afternoon. There are about 12,000 people without power so far and hopefully it doesn't get any worse.

hope it doesn't get worse as well.. sounds awful... be careful!

Tomorrow is my last day with my present company. UGH. Still running out of work so I know I made the right decision in leaving

School was canceled for us today due to ice everywhere. I think tomorrow will prove to be the same. This will further add to my financial woes which are getting worse by the minute. Please keep me in your prayers!

Hii every one! Today was the first day of my internship at the ministery of foreign affairs! I am soo tired! Got to meet at least 50 people, learned a lot about the going-on at the ministery, got my own office, it was a very long but interesting day! I feel soo great about working there, nothing but kind people doing important things! Wish I could work there forever
I am totally tired, so i'm going to get in pj's have a nice evening/day (depends on your time)!

My Wife, Son and I will be over hehe. Yeah the snow is headed our way! Crazy! We already have 3 feet still on our lawn from the last storm. Guess we will be eating snow cones for a while!

Today the wind chill will be in the single digits!

I can't believe temperatures in the 70's down to freezing, snowy and icy with all the schools closed! It will be in the upper 50's by the weekend.

You both becareful and stay warm! Do you both have fireplaces in case your electric goes out? I sure hope so!

I have a fake one, so it will not me much good....I do have a box full of those hand warmers (the ones you shake and they warm up) Also have lots of blankets!!
And I have a camp stove, so we can always heat up some drinks or food to help keep warm (only thing is, will have to do it outside)

I had to see if I could do it. I did not put my toe in my mouth but I could reach it there. If I opened my mouth I could bite it but not wanting to do that! It might hurt!

I was going to buy a small propane one yesterday to have on hand but all of the stores were out of them.
