To be honest, I am not a Black Eyed Peas fan but I thought the halftime show was very well done. Not a Guns and Roses fan either, but like how they did Sweet Child of Mine with Slash.
But most importantly, THE PACKERS WON!!!!!!!!!!! :dance:

I hope everyone enjoyed the game, sounds like it was a good game. My voluntary boycott of it went well, my wife and I watched the movie Timeline, I loved the book by Michael Crichton, but the movie is lacking something IMHO. Back to work tomorrow, and day off Tuesday. I may have some news to report about it later this week, I hope, just being superstitious right now. One week from today Spring Training begins, as a Red Sox fan I have huge expectations for them this year, but I had huge expectations for the Cincinnati Bungles in the fall also and see where I am now with that.

Being an American I thought the National Anthem stunt was uncalled for. I am getting sick of people getting up to do it who either have no talent or have no idea what the words are. I am not only person to have these feelings and what follows is another persons opinion that I know and they state it very well.
Recording artist Christina Aguilera completely butchered the National Anthem at the beginning of Sunday's Super Bowl. She messed up the lyrics and forgot the words ... but no one noticed, right? Wrong! It seems like everyone is talking abou...t Aguilera's mess up.
Maybe she was just nervous, since she was singing live, but maybe she should have had a teleprompter to help her out. It's an honor to be asked to sing the National Anthem at the Super Bowl and it doesn't seem like she took it too seriously. All of the ad libs she did ruined the song even more and it just wasn't good.

Well, my team didn't win.....but hey....after the Cowboys season I'm used to it. I'm a huge NFL fan...and a huge NASCAR fan....when NFL is over....NASCAR starts...and NASCAR carries me right to the doorstep of Christmas....
School tomorrow so I gotta go to bed...there is a 70% chance of snow tonight...calling for 2 inches tonight....and several more over the next two days....so you might see me early in the morning....

You can hear a pin drop here in this part of Pennsylvania. I know some of you are not sympathetic. Congratulations Green Bay. I d have to say that after Pittsburgh Green Bay is my second favorite team. Great game. A nail biter the whole way !! Next year starts now. Nite all !

Yes the wonderful part of Nascar is the fact it fills the time till the holiday season. I am a thinking we are going to see things shaken up this year in who wins what.

he is 22....special needs so more like 15. He takes such delight at many things. We can often hear him laughing heartily while watching certain shows or playing games.

I thought it was entertaining with the people in lighted suits. The field looked awesome all it up. My mom called me after the halftime was over and said she thought it was a good show. I think it was the visual part that was better than the singing itself.
Sorry they lost. =(
We had the puppy bowl on for a few minutes last night and I have to agree Two Face was just the cutest!!!!
