weirdest thing today....on my way to this place....started thinking about the last time I had to travel here....it was days before "The Season" started...thought of all the good times that had yet to happen....and I actually caught the blues....weird! So, I just thought to myself....next time I'm coming this way, it will be July...and planning for Christmas will be right around the corner....

As a wise one said....Christmas is either here or on the way....who said that?

watching Little House On The Prairie right now....I prob seen each episode plenty of times.....I still love the show

When I was in the mountains a few weeks ago "snow" chasing,the same thing happened to me,this dude was snoring so loud I was seriously tempted to bang on the wall and tell em to shut up. Aint no one goin to mess with my sleep time!
 
Good Morning! well the tv I thought exploded, now works go figure! I was already prepared to not have one in the bedroom for a while. anyhow it's 46F which is actually cool compared to the last few days morning muggy lows. I have an early day today. everyone tells me how early I go to bed but they don't realize when you get up at 3 and 4 you have to or you will fall apart very fast! I had a wierd dream...I dreamed I was being held hostage and I kept trying to escape but my captors only spoke spanish so I could not communicated very well. Then I had a flashback to high school spanish class that I barely passed and thought darnnit I knew this was going to come back to bite me me sooner or later...so now I am wondering what the dream meant. It was one of those that when you wake up,you are glad it was just a dream! have a good morning everyone!

Well I was slow to change over to the flat screens but two of the four is now. There is a difference in the picture no doubt and the price is down enough now that it's cheaper to get a flat panel over a tube type TV.
When I got these 2 I have now I went ahead and got them in HD and yes there is a huge difference if you have HD or get a blueray player.

See I did have HD as soon as I moved here and was very disappointed. You could play HD and non HD side by side and I swear I could tell no difference. So I cancelled my subscription with dish network. Now I do have a blueray player and I can really tell a difference but HD I could not.:-?
 
Morning all, another cold dull day here, was woken up at just after 2.30am by the phone ringing, naturally at that time in the morning we jumped out of bed thinking something bad had happened! Turned out to be a wrong number!!! It was a man asking if steve was in haha!! (we dont know a steve ha!)

Just set out some paints and crafty things for the kids, should keep them happy for abit while I get some things done!

I had to add this: I put out a birdfeeder over the weekend,and already countless birds are coming to it to eat. while I was having my morning coffee I looked out the window to observe them,and I am getting to know thier different personalities. The red birds seem to be the agressive ones chasing the blue birds away and then there are these tiny little birds that looked like they just hatched and are in the mix too. They are chasing each other away in the meantime the food is just sitting there.It's kind of interesting to watch.

A mere 5 days left until the 300-day window opens on our trip back to Christmas, letting in the sunshine of a double-200's count!

Cold weather is back once again where we have started at 36 this morning under calm, sunny skies.
Good chance for rain tomorrow, but not of the frozen variety.
