Good Wednesday afternoon, my Christmas friends!

It's been extraordinarily busy here at work for the last couple days, but I finally got a chance to sign in. I got a new computer here, with Windows 7. there's a bit of a learning curve, but so far it looks great! I like the fact that I can use pictures from my vacations as rotating desktop images!

Yes Windows 7 is nice I have had it since last May. Office 2010 as well is good hope you got that as well. Really cleaned up Outlook for mail use.

Good Afternoon, Everyone! It's another sunny day here, and even though it's still cold it's very pleasant outside. Maybe I can get off work a little early and do some work in the yard.

Sounds like a wonderful plan. I am guessing a lot warmer there than here. It's in the 40's here but have rain in the area and will have all day and night before turning semi ugly again around here with ice and snow.

UGH. In a total fog today. Really tired. I haven't been sleeping well this week in the daytime. Oh well. Just tonight and tomorrow and then I am off a couple of days!! I hope all who are sick feel better and for all who have sick family members that their loved ones feel better soon !!

I am just looking over my calendar and I will in Boston on St. patricks day. Is it Boston or Chicago that has the biggest St. patty's day parade and celebration? I went to college near Savannah Ga where they had the 2nd biggest celebration in the country believe it or not. They always dyed the river green and river street was packed and st patty's day always fell right at final exam time...I am getting very excited!

Hope everyone is having a good day. We are experiencing tool outages here at work so its a pain to do the job today. Hopefully they get it fixed soon! I bet someone tripped over a cord and unplugged something haha. Not much new. William now has some pills for when he has a bad asthma attack. They should help. Hopefully we don't have to use them. I had a good evening of loading music on my ipod touch and watching drew carey! Tonight hopefully after everyone goes to bed Ill sneak a listen to my merry christmas radio! woo! Well back to work I go! Have a great day everyone.

At lunch now..Just found out I will be traveling to Hanscom AFB 20 miles north of boston for 3 weeks in march teaching a class which I am kind of nervous about but I know I can do it. I want to see some major snow! I am going to have to figure out what to do with my dogs though. hope everyone is having a great hump day!

Hey, that's (roughly) in our neck of the woods! We've had a lot of melting, so the snow cover may not be "major" when you get here (barring another nor'easter), but there may be some big piles of old dirty snow for you to look at ... It's not unusual for us to get a big snow in March, so you've anyway got a chance! :

my aunt, Tante Betty, passed away today. She was 81 years old.I used to love going to her and my uncles place when I was small. Spent many happy days with my cousins. She will be deeply missed by her whole family.

I had to add this: I put out a birdfeeder over the weekend,and already countless birds are coming to it to eat. while I was having my morning coffee I looked out the window to observe them,and I am getting to know thier different personalities. The red birds seem to be the agressive ones chasing the blue birds away and then there are these tiny little birds that looked like they just hatched and are in the mix too. They are chasing each other away in the meantime the food is just sitting there.It's kind of interesting to watch.

I can't wait until the hummingbirds return here. They are always great to watch.
