Good Evening Everyone!!!! It is a dreary day here in central Indy. I have spent most of my day cleaning and now I am getting ready to kick back and watch some racing. I was talking to a friend this afternoon and we decide that we needed to go camping for a few days. So I am going to call one of the rangers we know at a boy scout camp north of here and see if he needs any help for a few days. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!

Ahhh camping! this sure is the time of year for that.. Now and in october and november when it starts to get chilly but not too COLD...Hope you have fun!

Good evening all! I had a very busy day landscaping my driveway with rock and rose bushes... pushing rock in a wheeelbarrel is kind of hard every 30 trips back and forth! next time I may just hire someone to do it,I am sore in every muscle in my body! but it still feels good to look out and see it! we had a high temp of 81F and tomorrow is calling for 85F that is shattering a record if it gets that warm. It is intersting to hear everyone heres forecast because it is so different from mine. I was talking to a buddy in Nashville,Tn which is 400 miles north and they did not get out of the 50's today. I live basically an hour and a half from the gulf coast of Florida so we constanly get the warm gulf air pushing ashore... Oh and I am looking forward to hurricane season. Not that I want one to hit the US or anywhere else but i plot them during the season on a map. I find those fascinating. Yep I am a weather geek!.lol:)

I am about to kick off my weekly christmas movie watching for the year.

The first film of the year is.....

The Polar Express, that films gives me the christmas tingles!!!

it is almost 1:15 over here and I think I am heading to bed...even tho I dont really feel tired

Had a nice day today... went out for a nice powerwalk - ALONE!!! - this morning! I am not joking when I say I forgot how to walk without a stroller or a baby strapped to me at first! LOL! It was lovely... Then we went out shopping for boots for my hubby. Noel hates the car and errands and such, but was happy as can be, not one cry! It as so nice! We had such a great day - until Jude threw his entire dinner on the floor. Three-year-olds are....... stressful, mind boggling, rip-your-hair-out crazy, but so funny, loving, and sweet at the same time. HOW CAN THAT BE!!?!?

He is 6 months old today! Can I share a picture of my sweeties????

Oh! And I don't know if I ever mentioned him but we have this peeing cat who drives me mad. We've had him since he was 4 weeks old and I've always loved him so much. He's almost 7 now and the peeing just gets worse. We had him checked many times by vets and they say it's "behavioral." Well, that "behavior" has ruined 2 mattresses (and he has peed on Jude's bed 3 times!!!), baby items, clothes, you name it... ugh! And he's started on the kids' stuff recently - he almost got my beloved (and expensive!) stroller the other day, but I caught him, thank the LORD!!!

Also, he always wants to go outside but he's never been an outdoor cat, so I just don't feel comfortable! He wanders across streets, etc and makes me nervous. Well, my mom's new boyfriend (still a ... hairy situation) has 5 acres and a love of animals and has volunteered to take him in! He has a shed and a garage with radiant floor heating for him and he can wander about as he pleases. His parents were feral cats so I think he just wants to run free. Part of me is sad but most of me is thrilled - he will be happy and so will I!!!

Nooo. I just do a lot of research, so I know about stuff like Howdy Doody, Treasure House, Captain Midnight, Boston Blackie...Must go do more research!!!

BOSTON BLACKIE?! You've actually heard of Boston Blackie? You're speaking our language! I think that's Mr.'s favorite movie series. We recorded all we could off of TCM, and we have a few on 16mm film as well, plus an original movie poster or two. I read the original book by Jack Boyle online, and it was pretty good. I also tracked down a couple of the magazine stories online.

This is the first saturday night I am dateless since November. Saturday was always date night for me and my Ex girlfriend. Tonight I cooked french fries and cube steak and yeast rolls with melted butter on top. Now I think I am going to get in bed and watch tv. I hope everyone had a great Saturday and has an awesome night as well. I will talk to y'all tomorrow!

I think tonight I will pop in home alone, and home alone 2..I watched them last weekend too. The more I see them the more I miss Christmas but it still makes me feel good to fall asleep watching them.

Woke up to frost and sunshine today. No snow. Now they are calling for snow on Monday. I think someone out east sent their weatherman out here!!!

If you get some snow, I think yous should take a strand of lights and decorate a bush, shrub...etc. and leave it on for that one night to commemorate the special event of the snow. And take picture to show us. cheesy

My little guy is going to be 3, it is true 3 is tougher than 2. Here we go again. cheesy

Good evening,

I walked into a disaster at work, my employees were upset that the 3rd shifters left such a horrible mess. We worked as a team and got cleaned up and made the best of a busy, busy day. Relaxing now, my Boston Bruins don't start until 10pm they are out in Vancouver so it may be a late night. Go B's!

Have a good night! :tree:

They are the cutest!!!

Hangin out watching movies....we had to pick between The Rock and Days of Thunder....

The Rock It Is!

Good night....see everyone in the morning for coffee...anyone ever had omelets that you cook in the ziplock baggies? I'm going to try those in the morning...anyone know what I'm talking about?

Gnight all!
