I had a cool hat trick this morning, I noticed I reached 5,000 total times being thanked, I reached 2,600 different posts of mine have been thanked, and this is my 13,000 post. With that I have to go to work. Have a great day!
Kinda, I guess, BUT it has wheat in it and I am allergic to wheat. Ugh! It's no fun being me sometimes, I am allergic to a lot of things. :-?Would Postum be considered a veggie coffee?
Congratulations xmas365!Xmas365 was poster # 6,300 for the Countdown. Congratulations!
Have a safe trip!Good morning friends. I'm off to Montreal (one of my fav cities on the planet) today for a visit with my son. Hope you guys have a great rest of the week.
Sounds like the kids have fun stuff going on!My wife usually takes our son to his guitar lessons because they start at 4:30, before I get off work. Yesterday, however, she had to take our daughter for dance class pictures, so I took off work early to take our son. I've played guitar all my life, and I own a lot of equipment, but I can never resist buying the latest cool gadget, so I spent too much money yesterday. But I got some COOL stuff! That's prolly another reason Nancy doesn't let me take Jacob to guitar lessons very often, huh?
I sure hope William is ok. I hate seeing kids sick. It amazes me how kids can be so sick one minute then bouncing off the walls the next!Good Wednesday morning all! William seems to be tired this morning. He was almost sleeping in the car on the way to daycare this morning. I asked him on the way if he was tired. He nodded. But then sometimes he nods to everything! lol. He just sat in my lap and watched the rest of the kids play this morning. I hope he isnt getting sick. His birthday is on Sunday and LAST year he was sick on his birthday! I finished watching the Season 1 dvd set of the Drew Carey Show. Man I wish they would release the rest of it on dvd. Good thing I downloaded the whole series to my hard drive! Well just about time to start work! Hope everyone has a great day. Wait...I can see FRIDAY from here! Wooo!!
It will take some time and they will both be great swimmers! My busy day is finally drawing to a close, my eyelids feel like they weigh 100lbs apiece. LC and JP both did well in swim class, JP is jumping into the pool and going under the water, I am so proud of him, he wasn't doing that the last time he was in class. LC he has the attention span of a 2 year old, he did well sitting in the circle when they talk about rules, but all he was doing was looking at the water or ceiling. He just has to learn to not be scared first and listen to the instructors. He is young but it is better to start them young, considering I didn't learn to swim until I was older than 11 years old. Back to work tomorrow.
Congratulations again!I had a cool hat trick this morning, I noticed I reached 5,000 total times being thanked, I reached 2,600 different posts of mine have been thanked, and this is my 13,000 post. With that I have to go to work. Have a great day!

Hahahaha, funny, my older son was afraid of dust bunnies a few years ago. Are they special Easter dust bunnies?

Carl is as crazy about Christmas as the rest of us and monitors this board very closely.I have veggie juice every morning instead of coffee. Do you think they can experiment in making a "veggie coffee"?
So when they see your car approaching from now on, I guess they'll say "yawl come!".....We used to call the Buick "The Yacht" because it was large and long and boat-like. The Impala is shorter end-to-end, and my boat-loving Mom has christened it "The Yawl".....
PLAID hmm I am thinking plaid....
YABBA!
With all that's going on in the world, I sure am glad I have this place and you people!
Rejoice with me, for I now have a better car!
My dear Mom-in-Law presented me with a 2003 Impala (which I don't think she ever drove), because my 1993 Buick Century bit the dust.

I think my cold is finally on it's way out. Just some coughing still going on, but don't feel bad anymore. I hope everyone else that is sick gets better soon as well. Hope everyone has a great Wednesday.cheesy
Allright, Folks!
It's Shispering Pines open house day again to mark the peak-of-the-week.
Carl is ready with fired twinkes, lots of sweet southern iced tea and.....yes.....more experimental coffee blends if you are feeling -- well -- experimental.
