Had a crazy day at Kohl's today...I feel like I got nothing done because there was just so much other extra stuff to do. I feel like one of my managers (who is also one of my good friends now) is going to be mad at me because I didn't get stuff done for her, because my store manager told me to get OTHER stuff done. How are you supposed to make 5 different tasks from 5 different managers priority? Someone's going to lose in that battle, and today it was my friend that had to lose. She should be getting into work any minute now and I'm just waiting for her to call and ream me out. Guess that's just life, huh?

That is a daily problem where I work, too many chiefs not enough Indians, I finally spoke and stuck up for myself to my manager today about that issue.

Good afternoon, Christmas family !! So far, so good with my Wishbone. He seems just fine now......You would never know he had experienced such a weird episode......I am keeping him on the Phenobarbital for now.......I wonder if it could have been a drug reaction to Clavamox (an antibiotic) ??? I hope so.....

Anyway, not a lot going on here.....I am very excited (except for the stupid headache I have) because my sister is coming down on Saturday and we are going to have a Sister day !!! Then In July there is the last installment of Harry Potter and the Hallmark Ornaments !!!(that is if the rapture doesnt happen like it is supposed to this Saturday..according to that one church !!)

I will apologize now for the "like" thing, I unfortunately won't be doing it since I have yet to give in to the Facebook craze. I think my wife and I are like the last 2 people in the world yet to join. cheesy

Good evening, Christmas family.

I am getting ready to get started but wanted to drop by first. I hope all are well. I just wanted to tell all of you that so far Wishbone is doing fine. The doctor thinks he has started having seizures. When an old dog starts having seizures it is usually not a real good sign. He is on Phenobarbital and I am hoping and praying that he will have a few more good years. I am not really optimistic though.

I am in tears as I write even though he is okay for now. I know the day will come when we have to say goodbye and I fear that day is soon. But I don't know that for sure. Wish and I have been through so much together, you would not believe. Everytime I have needed a friend, someone who really loves me unconditionally over the years when NOBODY else was around Wishy has been there. Everytime I have lost a furchild, it was Wish whose fur I have cried into. Now to think of losing him.......Well I just cant.

Like I said, for now he is fine. Thank you all for your love and continued prayers. You are all angels xo

I should be asleep by now but I haven't checked in since yesterday morning, and I am still winding down from the Bruin's win, 2 more wins and they go to the Stanley Cup Final. I am keeping my fingers crossed. My last 2 days at work have been bad days, just got to keep pushing forward though keep the eyes on the prize. JP got sent to the vice principal's office today, we are so upset with him right now, he has been such a handful the last few weeks getting in trouble at school 4-5 times now, can someone tell me where to buy a parenting handbook, cheesy boy just when things go well and they turn so quickly, it really is a learn on the fly job being a parent. The school will think JP was easy compared to LC, somedays we feel like we should have named him Damien. Sorry I missed the Pines last night, I hope the twinkies and tea were great.

I really need a little Christmas now.

Its really not easy being a parent, is it! I have 2 boys (exactly 1yr 2days a part in age) - and it was not easy at times! My eldest had ADHD and I cannot tell you how many times the school had called me! So...guess what I'm trying to say is that I can relate to being called to the Vice-Principal's (or Principal's) office...in my adult years! cheesy

Just keep your thoughts on Christmas...and it will forever be in your heart!

Thanks for the update. I am so glad to hear the doc has found out what is wrong with Wishbone and that it can be treated.

If you haven't heard...IT'S FRIDAY! Hehehe!

Ahhhh yes...its Friday! Almost the weekend...almost time to visit with my son, DIL and GD (tomorrow)...almost time to clean up my garden (this weekend)...and one more day closer to what we love in our hearts - Christmas!!! Well...I'm also looking forward to the months leading up to Christmas. Its all so very ecxiting!!!

Yes...going to visit my son, daughter-in-law (DIL) and granddaughter (GD) early tomorrow morning. This is at the special request of my GD. When she said "I want you to come and see me Grammie"...well - my heart melted.

On my way into the office now - but before you know it, the work day will be done and the long weekend will start!
