I have been so swamped that it's crazy! Haven't got to do much reading on here....got to catch up some this morning and the rest will happen tomorrow.

See ya in the morning.....Brent, congrats on your Packers win..

Well I just got back from Taco Bell. My neighbor got a craving for some soft tacos around midnight and decided that he was going to drag me along with him. Now I am going to head to bed. Goodnight Everyone!!!!!!!!!

Good evening,

A very busy day at work today, people rushing in because of a little snow in the forecast and Patriots game tomorrow, I hope the Pats lose just to knock the Pats fans off their perch. I counted 33 houses tonight with lights on, the count has gone up three nights in a row, I thought it would be going down at this point.

Have a great night!

It's your positive enjoyment that has made more turn theirs on or back on. See how the power of positive thinking works.

Oh mercy, if I had Taco Bell this late at night sleep be the last thing I could do.

I have been up since 5 am. Way to early for me. I feel like I am coming down with a cold, scratchy throat and in general not feeling well. Time to kick in some positive thinking and pray it does not get any worse!

I hope you all have a great Sunday!

Good morning Christmas family !!

Cold here this morning but then it IS January ! I have been given another account so that makes like 6 or 7 now that I type. I hope this will carry me through the next time things get slow. It is kind of a sad one though. It is a psychiatric assessment account and right now I am typing a lady who is just 58 and has tried to commit suicide. So sad. I am sure she probaby has family and friends who will be quite distressed by this. I am going to pray for her even though I do not know her.

My laptop is running greater than ever now that it got "fixed" and the computer guy didn't even charge us. All he did was pop out the hard drive and the battery and then pop everything back in and it was fine. Didn't work when I did the same thing though. Oh well. As I said in a previous post, the laptop must like the computer guy more !

As for all the predictions about the 2012 end of the world. The Mayns DID NOT really predict the end of the world and anyway, at least the way I see it as a Christian, Christ tells us "no man will know the day or the hour.......not even the Son ......." So why should we know ?? (Just paraphrasing of course). Also as I said in another post, this is the world that God made for us. It is for Him to decide what to do with it, not the ancient Mayans !cheesy (But I will probably be anxious when it gets closer too. Here is a link to a very nice article !)

I had better get back to my dictations. Have a great day Christmas family !!

Good Sunday morning all, well I do feel better than I did yesterday, and my situation that had me a bit worried yesterday about my health the last few days seems to have cleared up, thank God.

I didn't get to see all of the Packers and Falcons game, but I saw the score this morning, wow the Packers sure put it to those Falcons!

I saw it mentioned before that some of you would like to see the Jets beat the Patriots, I agree with that, but if the Patriots, that would be the only time I would ever root for the Steelers to win, if they were to play them in the AFC Championship.

I hope you feel better sweety!

:rudolph: Strange. Either I really did hear a Robin singing outside my window at 5 a.m. this morning or that familiar song was playing in my head. Hmmm. I wonder. It's minus 35C out there with plenty of snow, I'm not expecting the return of any robins for a few months yet. Regardless of whether or not it was real or just in my head, it was a pretty sound.

:)) I'm still caught up in a New Year clean-a-thon although I spread it out over several weekends so I don't shock myself. Don't have enough storage left to buy anything new so I have to part with some old clothes (they're too big anyway) and things I haven't taken out of storage to use in the last two years.

 O'Malley is supervising to ensure I don't throw anything of his out.

Have a great day and keep a merry thought in your head! :tree:

hehe- I use to room with a patriot and red sox fan...I know some of them are uber fans and will blow up your house if you pick on thier team.

Good Morning everyone...just getting out of bed and trying to decide what I should do today. part of me wants to go back to bed and be lazy before i go back to work in the morning. But I need to get chores done...

I have the tv on and just now I saw the cereal commercial where the women is taking down her decorations and she turns around and santa's sleigh and reigndeer are behind her because she had too many holiday snacks and needs to drop a few pounds...I love it when they play those kinds of commercials all winter long. hope everyone has a good sunday!

I have had the hand issue off and on all my life. My Dad worked in a diary as a high school student and as well as the cows the staff suffered cracked and bleeding hands. The treatment they used is the same I use today and it works. Get a green tin of some stuff called Bag Balm and pick up some good grade brown jersey gloves. Best to have someone help you if you can but apply a very good coating of balm on your hands just before bed time then have your helper give you a hand slipping into the jersey gloves. Wear the gloves to bed with the balm on now for me as a rule 3-4 nights and your hands will start feeling great in no time. Careful with the Bag Balm while it works great is so heavy a balm that if you get it on anything takes a washing or two to remove it. Stuff is worse than Vaseline. I have turned, wow I have no idea how many people on to this and all have said best thing they have ever done. You can use a latex disposable type glove if you wish but I find that as Dad says the jersey is the best. Also I save the gloves and maybe once a week or whenever hands seem dry I just slip the glove on at bedtime and the Bag Balm still in the glove gives my hands a little treatment during the night and no more cracking for the winter it seems. Hope this works for you, man nothing more painful that dry cracked hands and fingertips.

That's it. The famous little green tin can. You should be able to pick it up at a local feed store. If not, I can mail you some. We sell it. cheesy

My Dad and Granny had the same problem. She slept at night with her hand in gloves with vaseline in it. She didn't have to do it much, but she did it when needed. My Dad, who is a little stubborn (well, maybe more than a little) didn't do it for ten years. His hands got so bad. Finally, he tried it. It took about two weeks, but it ended up making a difference.

Okay if the Mayan's are right and the world ends on December 21, 2012 then this next christmas will be our last one. So should I plan on making christms 2011 extra special just in case?
Hmmm. On Jan 1 next year, should I add a line to the count:
Days to the end of the world: 355?

Nah!

Good Morning, long-to-be-in-this-world-and-see-many-more-Christmasses Friends!
Allow the world to end 4 days before Christmas? Santa would never hear of it!

Speaking of Santa, how many more days until he arrives this year?
Days to the Season: 301
Days to Christmas Day: 343
TOMORROW!
<< What, Crown? >>
The 300-day Season Window, that's what!
Yes, Sir. Tomorrow we walk through that first window (after opening it first of course, in the interest of safety) and proceed into 200's territory.
Wow! The 200's already!

Well, technically we started out past the 20's this morning at an even 30 degrees. Still below freezing and cold.
Warmer weather is just over the horizon for a (short, they say) visit.
It's 37 and sunny right now here in the capital city.

Have a Super Sunday, Everyone!
Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
And if you are a Jets, Patriots, Seahawks or Bears fan - good luck.
(I can relax. My Packers have already advanced!)
